I had Collin Smith replace my roof last September. I have tried calling and texting him about replacing roof vents and doing some cosmetic work on the flat roof they marred up. Collin will not answer his phone, return calls or text. I talked to Cheryl at the main office, she said she would send someone out. Jason came out, then told Collin what he needed for repairs, then Collin said he would send materials out, but was never heard from again. Now my roof is leaking! Again I’ve tried getting a hold of Collin and the office to no avail!

Axiom replaced the shingles on our home in September of 2015 due to damage from a hail storm. After completion of the roof I identified multiple areas missing tar paper, poorly installed drip edge, a covered bathroom vent and recently rotten OSB not replaced during the repair. The rotten OSB was covered with tin and shingled in one location and in another it was simply covered with shingles. I have have attempted to contact Axiom for repair without success. Recently they finally responded to a complaint stating: "We are certainly sorry he is unhappy but this also occurred over a year ago." I guess Axiom is satisfied with rotten spots under a roof that's just a year old, but expect better service.

I could not have chosen a better company to handle my roof replacement. Professional all the way. Jeff Hood was my rep and I must say I have never had a more dedicated contractor from start to finish. My roof had damage but insurance was being very stubborn to cover the costs. Thanks to the persistence of Jeff Hood and Axiom Contracting my insurance company finally covered the expense of new roof and associated interior damage. They were truly a blessing in my life. I do apologize for not reviewing earlier. Do not hesitate.!

Let me start out by saying that I do not give out recommendations to just anyone, nor do I do it very often.  But for Axiom Roofing I simply must give credit where credit is due... and they have earned my respect & trust.  
Axiom did a reroof on two houses in our family.  And they did a TREMENDOUS job on BOTH our houses!!  Wow, wow, wow...We have never been so impressed with a contractor before.  They were A+ in every aspect, from their professionalism, to their courtesy, punctuality, responsiveness, helpfulness, patience and the most important parts...price & quality of work.  They answered every question that I had, explained every aspect of the job and even filled out all of the necessary claim paperwork for my insurance company, including meeting with the insurance adjuster and fighting on my behalf.
My roof was stripped down bare and completely redone in early 2013 and it still looks brand new nearly 3 years later!  My wife loves it, our kids love it and I love it too.  I would ABSOLUTELY recommend Axiom Contracting to ANYONE, because you simply will not find a more caring, helpful & professional roofing company.  I am so grateful to my cousin for having recommended them to me, and I now recommend them to YOU!  Best always, Louie Garcia.

• Met with Cliff and David, great guys, knowledgeable and friendly.  They pointed out several areas of damage on my roof that was caused by wind, hail damage, tree limbs that fell from wind damage causing roof damage. They were able to submit a report and met with insurance agent and new roof was covered by insurance. It looks great. They also put in new side drip rails, not plastic but aluminum, new and better roof vents all the way across my roof. I watched as they installed the new vents and I could actually see heat escaping from my attic. The roof is lighter in color so it is cooler, it is the architectural style, did I say it looks great. They used premium 50 yr. shingles. I highly recommend them

It went very well. Everything was all cleaned up when I came home.

Rob, Cliff and Sheryl did a great job in replacing our large roof after it was proven that I had hail damage.  They provided the insurance adjusters all the paperwork, satellite photos, etc. and was there all the way to the end to meet my requests. They took their time to explain what to expect during the replacement process.
I am so pleased the service and with the new architectural shingles that were installed,and the extended warranty they gave.  They were prompt, courteous, patient - professionals in every way.  I already highly recommended them to my friends and colleagues. 

Axiom is the most professional and customer service oriented company we have worked with in many years. Both Cliff and Sheryl Miller went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure we were taken care of from the start. We HIGHLY recommend them!

I highly recommend Cliff, Will, and Cheryl at Axiom! The process has gone extremely well. Most importantly, they are knowledgeable and calm at times when we were stressed over damage, leaks, and insurance claims. This team is professional, follows up consistently, and in a timely manner. Cliff and Will were a text message away during the entire process. The roof installation went so well that we hired Axiom to contract some inside renovations. The inside work begins next week. The work was fantastic! They were just phenomenal. The workers were quick, courteous, did their job fast, and they were in and out. Any questions asked were answered. I had absolutely zero issues with them.
