Ed and Judi arrived exactly on the time. They are very experienced and quickly had the stump and its surrounding large roots reduced to sawdust. They cleaned up the area and it looks like there was never anything planted there. I am very pleased with everything they did for me. Not all contractors do what they say they will, and show up when they say they will. I would be happy to use their services again, and I highly recommend they.

Super awesome couple came out same day I called to remove a dead palm tree and grind a stump I had! They were friendly and quick and very clean! I would not hesitate to use this service again!

Several years ago, I had Judi's Stump removal service grind down stumps and roots from numerous banana trees we had cut down....excellent job! Today I had the stump from an old plumeria tree.ground down. They were on time, very careful of our property, did a thorough elimination of the stump and raked the area smooth. Judyâ  s Stump Grinding is the best business of this type in Lee County. It is a family owned business and they truly care about their customers. Ed was very friendly when he answered the phone. He explained what they do and what I could expect regarding what needed to be done. Ed and Judy showed up on time - they came from East Lee County to the SW Cape - and again took the time to explain what the job would entail once they saw what I had. . They made sure that they knew where all my sprinkler heads/lines were before moving the grinder to the stumps which was greatly appreciated. I had one stump in my backyard that could not be reached given the logistics of the property lines and landscaping and I appreciated their honest opinion that they could not get that stump. Their price was much lower than others I contacted. They came our very quickly to do the job. However, there are some things to caution you about. Their grinding machine has to be attached to the back of their car. Therefore, they could not get into my backyard through our 4' wide gates. This meant that there were portions of the project they simply could not do. If you want stumps ground in your front yard or a place accessible by a car with a trailer, they would be a good choice. They also left a portion of the stump untouched. It was under the chips they created, and I did not discover it until the next day. They agreed to come back out to grind it. However, before they could get there, the other company came to replace the fence making it impossible for them to get to the rest of the stump. I am therefore left having to find a grinding company with more portable equipment to get the rest of the stump or just wait for it to rot. They are a nice couple and I appreciated what they did. I just wish they had been able to do all that I needed and had let me know in advance that they could not get into my fenced back yard.
