Wonderful service

Rude and short tempered when asked a question. Left a huge mess. Did not try to minimize debris or pile it together. Needed a part from Home Depot, 3 blocks away. Would not let the home owner go get the part, then charged 85 for their time, plus price of the part. No customer care at all.

Nicky gave us great customer service. She worked us in to their busy schedule to get our water going again. James explained what he was going to do and was very professional. We will use their services again if we need a plumber.

Unfortunately I think some steps should have been taken to further test the appliances before they started cutting holes in my walls. They were here for 8-10 hours over two days most of which was spent cutting holes in my walls and searching for the issue. I very much appreciate the systematic check that was conducted and the testing that was done to prove that our plumbing was secure. If they would have analyzed the dishwasher first we could have avoided cutting 6 holes in our walls that I now have to repair myself. Ultimately, I found the leak under the dishwasher before they did! Unfortunately we paid $350 (reasonable) to have our plumbing checked but they never found the source of the leak ( I did). But now half of our house is covered in saw dust and Iâ ve got 6 giant holes in my walls to repair. The technician was very professional and again Iâ m grateful for his inspection and certification of our plumbing. But it would have been nice to avoid all the holes in the walls considering the source was identified after looking underneath the dishwasher for less than two minutes. Perhaps checking the appliances should be the first step and cutting holes in the walls to look at pipes should be the second step? All good, life goes on

Investigate water service line leak. Technician exposed a buried irrigation valve with a crack in thevalve body.. hole was left open for irrigation repair. Cause of the leak was found. Good job.

Plumber was a great help, she new her business. Fixed drain problem with out taking the sink off the wall.

Shower would not turn off in primary bathroom. Swift Brothers fixed the assembly quickly and efficiently!

Travis did an excellent job repairing the leak. He removed the faulty valve and replaced with the valve that should have been installed in the beginning. Also replaced the plastic input hose with metal flexible hose.

They replaced a sewer line on the inside of the house and they also had to go 3ft outside. They were extremely sloppy, they missed a mark by 3ft so they ended up cutting a concrete on the first bedroom. There is concrete all over when they pour on 16 bags of cement inside my house now I got a cement dust all over which is thick enough that it triggers my alarm. Now, I have to hire a construction cleaner company just to cleanup the cement dust all over my house. I complaint to them but I got nothing. Now, me and my sister is breathing cement dust since Friday which is very toxic. especially for her since she is on oxygen for 24/7 and he knows that.

The serviceman was prompt he didn't do any Dolly he got right to work and the work was done correctly

Installed the new shower control by welding the pipes OK. MAJOR: Did NOT use any fireproof backing out even a wet rag to avoid burning or fire damage the boards and back wall. Could easily have started a damned fire. Charged an outrageous amount $482 for a simple copper welding job but we were desperate. Tech system he could not change the charge amount. Grrr! Did not test the water pressure, the shower is horrible so there is something wrong. The tub pressure is fine. Did not test the temperature limit, it was set way too cold so I had to disconnect the water director after turning off the water on our own and keep adjusting to get any hot water. Minor: Did not install the mudguard screen to keep grout out of the controls when we fixed the wall. Complained about the long drive to or rural location. Complained about having to buy Copper parts and fittings add they were going to come Out off my pocket, for the job. It sounded like this was outsourced by Swift Brothers to another unhappy company.

Swift Bros has a messaging system to tell you when their pro is on the way, both text & email. Very handy! My project was repiping the supply lines to the whole house. Travis made the project interesting & fun. Project was completed in two days (it's a small house, and I dug the trenches & opened a bathroom wall to make things go faster). Quality was top-notch and their responsiveness has been outstanding. I will definitely consider them for future projects. Thanks Travis!
