I went through training that's right.. I wasn't a no show no call.. I had a family emergency with documentation you ungrateful being.. This is why your company has a 2.5 on indeed..I really wished I looked at indeed instead of BBB.. For the consumers out there please read this and look at ther Indeed rating as this is how they treat future employees. I have all my documents and screen shots to back my claims.. Customers, please do your research on Google, yelp, and indeed.. That should spell it out for you all.. More lies this owner is telling. He told everyone he shuts his phone off at 9pm Friday and doesn't look at it till Monday morning. Those were his WORDS out of his mouth. So his claim is just smoke and mirrors because this review. Customers: please, do your due diligence.. a roof is a major investment and should look elsewhere

From the beginning with the salesman Will, who worked hard to get us the best deal possible, the girls at the office in scheduling, the project manager Joseph Mejias, and the work crew, it was a smooth and great experience. We were on the schedule for 9/30 and the owner of Parlament wanted to get us in before Hurrican Helene hit. He did what he had to do to make it possible. We are so grateful he was willing to get our roof done a.s.a.p. The crew was very pleasant. They worked extremely hard nonstop to get it done in time. They left everything clean and tidy. We were pleased with the BBB rating they had, their credentials, length of time in business, honesty, the service they will continue to provide for years to come, the warranty, and the products they use were good quality, and the best underlayment than any other company was offering. Their customer service was definitely a 5 star. I had spoken to MAAANNY roofers since 9/2022 when Hurricane Ian destroyed our roof and nothing compared to the professionalism, knowledge, and experience we had with Paralament Roofing. Thanks again!!! We are so happy and love our roof. Now we can sleep peacefully knowing we put our roof in goods hands.

Matt Rayles is a shady business owner he has a grimy way of presenting his warranty in suckering you into purchasing this extended warranty. Anybody that knows anything about the roofing industry knows that shingles come with a manufacturer warranty if that manufactur has ever brought into question the manufacturer will inspect the roof to see if it's actually their problem with the product or if it was installed incorrectly if it was installed incorrectly causing the shingle to malfunction before the said lifetime of the shingle then the installer is responsible for the shingles for the roof for the installation and all that not the manufacturer so technically you do not need a extended warranty from an installer.

From the very first phone call from thier office to the salesman, From owner to production manager very thing we where told was spot on. Our roof was a total disaster, a shingle roof installed on a preexisting roof, we have a lot of rotten plywood. The production team was honest and transparent and allowed My wife and I see the damage and per contract the little extra money was well worth it to rid ourselves of any future damage, the install crew was a very pleasant experience and Yes people I would highly recommend them to everyone. Definitely A+++ rating from US. Thank You, Mike, Matt, Rob and Joseph and the entire team for saving our Home.

Called to schedule an estimate, went thru an entire 10 minute phone conversation with Amanda. She scheduled us for an estimate on March 9th between 2pm and 3pm and asked me to hold so she could get her manager to confirm. She comes back on the phone and says they are unable to complete an estimate on our house because our roof is too steep! Apparently, they look at the house on google maps AFTER wasting peoples time giving info and scheduling. I have never heard of a roofing/ construction company doing this😠 Glad we found out now!!!

I received a post card in the mail that was offering us $500.00 off the roofing. Iâ ve called and left message that night. The very next morning I received a call and scheduled my in home appointment which was quick and easy. The salesman was very knowledgeable and friendly. Within the next few days they were installing my roof. Everyone was professional and wore there mask for protection due to COVID. We are happy with the service and the product. I would definitely recommend Parlament Roofing to my friends and family.

they came to the house started working next thing I knew they were down everything picked up very professional.

Refused to honor contract , acted in an unprofessional manner. Refused to return my deposit even after proving proof it had cleared my bank account.
