Absolutely horrible. Were promised by the manager that our furniture would be delivered as it came in. That was a lie. They have had some of our furniture for over a month and have not delivered. Multiple lies and denials from the sales people and managers. Do not go there!

We used the seating for 4 months (just my husband and I) before leaving for the summer. Upon our return and approximately in Jan/Feb2014, the power mechanism began malfunctioning on both chairs. Although there's a two year labor-only warranty on the chairs, we asked Family Furniture to take them back, as we were distressed that they would malfunction at all, much less so soon after purchase and with so little use. They refused. We had to pay a repair company over $125 to replace a faulty switch (Family Furniture refused to pick up the charge) and they also found a failed weld in one of the chairs. They ordered that part and were going to charge us to install it, but my husband has decided to do the labor himself. I finally got to speak to the owner of Family Furniture today (Brian), after having asked for higher-ups all along. I asked him to take the chairs back. I can now see why I was hitting a brick wall with the lower-ranked employees when I asked to bubble this up to a higher level (even the sales manager, who had promised to do so, never got back to me. I called again this morning and he then put the owner on the phone). Brian (the owner) was rude, abrupt, and then actually hung up on me! He kept saying it had been more than one year, but that's irrelevant, as the warranty is for two years. He even said "I'm not going to lie to the manufacturer", when I never asked him to do any such thing! A horrible, unpleasant experience with a very customer-unfriendly business.
Description of Work: Sold us a double Natuzzi leather power recliner/ theater seating for over $3000 in March 2013.
