They arrived and proceeded to spray for ants, in the yard and then the house. Very pleasant and cordial, and answered our questions. I have COPD, and just mentioned it, and they put a pleasant smell in the ant spray. I would call them again if I need more pest control.

Chuck was great, very professional and knowledgeable. They finished the house very quickly and even opened up some windows for me. He answered all of my questions and was reasonably priced. I was so satisfied I recommended him to my mom who had a great experience with him as well.

Chuck was very responsive, friendly, and reasonably priced. I was surprised that he had no knowledge of the consumer ant control products I tried before calling him. I hired him anyway. Before he started spraying around the house, I asked about the smell because my wife has asthma. He assured me that most people didn't detect an odor, but offered to add a scent to the product. My wife and I both said NOT to add anything. He started spraying the basement. Almost half-way through, he asked if I smelled anything. I said I DID smell it. He said it would fade after an hour. After finishing the basement, he then told me he forgot that there WAS a scent added to the product he sprayed and that he would change out his tank after spraying outside before finishing the rest of the interior. As he was spraying up into the basement ceiling, I asked if it was okay that the product was dripping a lot onto items below (storage bins, gift wrap/packaging, paper files, books). He assured me that it was fine and extolled the safety of the product for use in senior homes and food prep areas. He also apologized for getting a little sloppy with the spray. I was not reassured by his claims, and I;ll be throwing all those items in the garbage. Part of my house is on a crawl space. Chuck did not enter the crawl space to spray. Although the space is accessible, he was walking with a cane when he came over, so I didnt expect him to crawl around, but I think another service would have. Chuck told me the product would dry and we wouldn't notice it. It is VERY noticeable on our dark hardwood floors. VERY noticeable. I'm actually glad that it is, because we can see all the splashes outside the creases where he sprayed. I've been wiping them all up with disinfectant wipes as I find them. I have a 3-year-old who plays on the floor constantly, rolling cars, balls, and other toys all over. I don't want him handling objects that came into contact with the insecticide.

I was very happy with them. No complaints. I would totally hire them again if I needed to. But they did such a great job I do not think I will need to call them back out.

i called the day i got notified about this company i had a date and time chosen within 10 minutes with chuck. He was very professional he answered all of my questions. he called to check in an hour before coming out making sure i was going to be home. He came by and within an hour he was done it s been a week so far and i haven t seen any fleas so far.! great job chuck.! best around.!!!!

The tech that came to the house went above and beyond to rid our yard of an extremely large hornet nest in a very tricky location. He also treated areas that the hornets who were not in the hive at the time might try to build themselves a new nest. We appreciate their efforts so that we could be safe.
