But saying that the guys were slow it completely lie with all due respect you move out from 43rd floor to a 23rd floor with more 7 minutes walk to get to your new apartment I understand that 3 men were not enough to make it fast as you wanted. "Dear Veronica, I am taking my time trying to read and understand your review but first of all, I would like to thank you for your feedback on our guys even though that is the first time over the years that I have had a review where the customer said that the guys were slow and also the phone ringing issue which I will address personally with these two movers and take care of that issue. Our conversation about the credit card system was very sincere and understandable. It was not an obligation to pay cash it was just an option and we finally collected a check from you for the payment, I do not really get the issue on that part. Once again."

First of all, you said that the guys showed up late that is a lie because when I have the conversation with you the day before your move I told you clear that the movers will start the job at 10:00 Am and they showed up exactly at 9:45 AM by the time to sign up with the front desk and all the process they went up at your penthouse at 10:00 AM .you mentioned that we had 4 hours to five hours a contract that is not true also if so prove it, when the movers got your apartment you explained what needed to be done And ask them how long it might take them."

"Hi, Jorlyn I think it is not logical and acceptable how you describe the service we have offered you and everything you say is not true. we started working at 4:00 PM and until 11:00 PM the movers worked hard and efficient as always to make sure we gave you a great job, the security guard asked them twice to leave the building because they did not accept any commercial service after 8:30 PM and he said he would call cops and a towing company to tow the truck. The movers kept working hard and fast despite the distance where they parked the truck which was almost a mile from the building where your unit is located. We have asked you to come to."
