They were quick to respond both times we had to call them one time was urgent to correct something a handyman broke. They got the job done no muss no fuss.

The tech got there when he said he would, was quick about fixing both issues and gave me some suggestions for some future work like additional shut off valves.

Price was great compared to 2 other plumbing stores. Have used them before, and never been disappointed. On time, efficient, & clean up after their work.

My shower back up on Christmas Eve I called this co on the December 27 they came out the same day. He tired to clear drain and was unsuccessful he used mur acid in drain which he then emptied his shop vac on my lawn killing a large area . He said we would need to redo shower and they would follow up with price by end of week his boss was out of town. My husband then went and bought a drain snake hooked it up to his drill and cleared the drain all this after I paid $278.00 and had to ask for my Angie's list discount ! I called and asked to speak with the owner received a call back while I was at work returned his call left my work number As he was out of office , I have tired several other times to make contact with no return calls from company , needless to say I would never recommend this company and feel very taken advantage of

Everything went well. Their price was cheaper than other companies I called for the same service. They stated the filter would last a year, but I am unsure about that, with minimal use.

Maybe this is the standard charge for plumbing, but an hour and 45 minutes costs $441.17. $189 for clearing a stoppage and another $189 for putting a few parts on my toilet on a Wednesday morning. I was at work when it was done but talked to Nerf on the phone. Rather unpleasant fellow - he refused to believe me when I told him I saw water coming from the toilet base. He said the wax seal was OK, but offered no other explanation. Called Slaughter on two occasions two weeks apart. Both plumbers they sent argued and left the jobs unfinished (one did not cap the cut-out behind the house correctly and left the hole unfilled, the other guy only caulked three sides of the toilet and did not line the tank up correctly). I finished both their jobs. Sub standard quality and service at a premium price. Not the kind of people I would deal with again.

They are good and it was fine. They did some repairs on one of our sink and they had to come back but it was good. The workers were professional.

They're very good.  They're very reputable in our area here.  I thought their price was very fair.  They knew what they were doing and they were neat, clean, efficient, and nice and polite; no complaints.

They did a couple of things, nothing major. The guy did a good job. There was just one employee and I don't know his name. He was good. He was diligent, he found what he needed to do and took care of it.

They threaten to sue me of non payment. They were working in complex and the tenant ran out and got them to get hair out of the bathroom drain. Which I am not responsible of doing it anyway. When I refused to pay for the unauthorized service, they had some lawyer call me to pay.
