The plumber found the issue and fixed the problem

Said he'd be here 12a-1a, but arrived at 11:30p instead. Snaked sink 85 feet, and it works fine. Found cracked strainer basket, and his company came out on Monday to fix it.

The plumber was initially rude; he did not listen to me; after I told him that we needed to communicate together better, he was better. He arrived early which would have been great; however, the water was not scheduled to be turned off for the bldg that early; that may have irritated him but it was not my fault. Also, he instructed me that the water had to be turned back on without letting me know that I would have to call the mgnt office again. I was not familiar with the process and just needed him to tell me what was needed before I called the mgnt office the first time. It was stressful due to his attitude.

The one toilet still does not flush correct.

He came out and looked at it, poured dye into the tank. It came into the bowl without flushing and dribbled away. He put in a new Gerber extra-high toilet and was finished in about 1 hr and 15 minutes with everthing. I was very happy and would use him again for anything.

They are good and responsive. The guys come on time and they call you an hour before they get there.

The process took 3 weeks. The original work leaked and required emergency repairs. The exterior work was not fully completed, with holes into the attic remaining open for access by rodents. I was told they were the only company licensed by Pinellas County and IRB to do gas line work. If so, it is very disappointing, to say the least. I thought the price was very high considering the work performed.

When I was showering, the water would not drain, then my toilet would gurgle and start leaking under the toilet. I've had 3 plumbers to my house in 6 months. No one once went OUTSIDE and snaked the outside drain - except Steve (Slaughter Plumbing). My window was 10-12, Steve was here at 10:15. I was so happy! Amazing service and FIXED the issue!!! :) One happy customer here!!

Water came up in the shower as well underneath the toilet base when flushing the toilet. Called Slaughter at 9pm. Cory showed up 10 minutes later. Cleared the blockage and added a toilet base seal. Was done in 45 minutes. Would definitely use again.

Great folks, thorough job done at a fair price. Had used a handyman and he messed up the faucet. They fixed it properly and repaired it. Also replaced toilet and repaired 2 others. Would recommend using them and will personally.

We had been having drain backups for a number of years. Had a number of service calls by other plumbers to clean the sewer. But since nobody could find a cleanout outside they would clean from inside the house. The drains would start to back up again in a shorter period of time. Slaughter was the first to recommend installing a clean out which allows for a better sewer cleaning. The drains are working better than ever.
