Mike, David from 1 hour AC were professional, courteous and the service call was done throughly and I was shown exactly what had been done. Paul from Benjamin Franklin Plumbing was professional, courteous and though in cleaning the dryer vent. All were very knowledgeable and offered good tips that would maintain my HVAC and dryer and provide more efficiency.
