He couldn't do any of the work needed. I asked him where i could go. He didn't know. I said to him why he couldn't perform the work. He really didn't have a good answer for me. Anyway i think i found someone else who could do what's needed.

Although he wasn't in the store when we arrived, the women that was minding the store was very warm and friendly, and quick to admit that she was not familiar with the pricing of the service that we needed. She said that he'd be back in about 10 minutes. We ran a short errand and when we returned, he was there and was helpful in assessing what was needed. He promised the shoes for pickup on a date and the early morning of the promise date they were ready to be picked up.

This was the 3rd time in the last month I used Midway for shoe repairs and each time they have been great. I walked out literally admiring his work and amazed at how great my shoes look. The first time I dropped them off the woman was just as friendly and nice as anything. This was just an inexpensive shoe that needed heels that I thought I would try them and see how the did. They did way better then I had thought possible so next I brought a fairly expensive pair that needed soles and heels. Had been planning to send these back to the manufacturer because they recondition them but I am so glad I found Midway on your site. That brought me to the 3rd pair which just recently started to wear but are also a really good shoe and now they look like new. Every time there you feel like an appreciated customer. Each of the 3 times the shoes were ready on the day promised. The shop is easy to find to get in and out of. It is clean and the gentleman who does the repairs is a real craftsman. As far as I am concerned they are tops!!!

My wife dropped off three pairs of shoes she needed repaired, including two which had been repaired previously by another company. On these two, the resultant repairs were superior and on the third, the attention to detail was notable. VERy fine job indeed!

I was involved in a terrible motorcycle accident. My left leg was
injured so badly that my leg lost nearly 3 inches of length because of all the

He did a wonderful job, and after I picked it up, he called me with a follow up phone

Everything was great from start to finish. The shoes were returned to me in pristine condition and had been cleaned as well. They were ready on time as well. Two days for all that work was a great and I had my shoes back before leaving on a business trip. Price was very reasonable for the work that was done.
