It went great.  After he left we had some other issues with the other side of the house.  The two toilets wouldn't flush.  I called and they sent the same guy out immediately. He had to snake a different vent about 75ft and we haven't had any issues since then.  They did not charge extra for coming back out, because it was so soon after the first job.  Great Work would def hire again!

My original call was for repair of a pipe leak outside of the home. My husband had repaired this twice himself over the past five years -  this time he told me, "call a plumber". Based on the Angie List reviews, I contacted McGill around 11:00 AM. I was informed someone would be here between 2:00 and 5:00.
Ryan arrived before 2:30 and went right to work with my husband observing. This required digging up a section of the yard, which he put back. During a check of his work,  Ryan determined we had a minor leak somewhere. It was in the guest bathroom, which he repaired. My husband was so impressed he had Ryan look at another minor pumbling issue in the master bath. 
We were quite surprised that the bill was only $219.00, we were expecting much more based on all the plumber stories. 
Ryan was very professional and courteous. Whenever we or someone we know needs a plumber,  McGill will be the only one on the list.

My Husband, who is not a plumber, btw...  pulled the knob off of our master shower, in an attempt to fix it.
While doing this he broke the knob and realized he didn't have the tool needed to do the job!
We called McGill Plumbing and they came to our rescue!! 
They came to our house within 2 hours of the call and had our water back in minutes!

It went well. They were punctual, polite, knowledge and did a good job. They also provided extra service while they were here.

Tech was punctual and fastidious.  There was a problem with an electrical issue, so things were delayed, but not his fault.  He came back immediately once the electrical problem was resolved.







I was charged an additional $75 over the $595, but that was because there was an extra pipe to work with.

The job went as hoped.  As it was a slab leak under an existing cabinet.  Dave needed to cut through the cabinet back, bottom and existing drywall to locate the leak.  Dave actually saw some swirling water under the cabinet base and it was warm which was helpful as it was definitely the hot water pipe.  Once Dave discovered the pipe was in the slab he then had to break up the concrete slab to access the plumbing.  He replaced the old hot water copper pipe with new and removed ALL of the debris.  We have used McGill in the past and since then have used them 2 additional times.  We had them permanently cap off the repaired hot water pipe and old cold water pipe as we decided to replace only 1 of the 2 utility sinks in the new cabinet.  We had them come back a third time to move the remaining hot and cold water pipes as the new cabinet base had a different configuration for access to the plumbing.  McGill has someone out the same day or within 24 hours if not an emergency.  Very reliable, punctual and efficient.

I scheduled the appointment, used their 1 hour coupon.  Wayne arrived on time, very pleasant and knowledgable.  Ultimately the problem could not be fixed and I was okay with that.  The part was not installed by McGill and I knew the $99 repair would take minutes and not the full hour.  The issue was the $2.50 gas surcharge.  What a joke.  It made the company seem pretty cheap as nowhere in the fine print did it speak to a gas surcharge.  I paid it but wanted to share this embarrassing and avoidable situation with the community.  Great plumbers but the penny pinching really makes them look foolish.  I know it is 2014 but cmon McGill...really?

The plumbers both worked for less than one hour and did a great job!  I am very happy with the services and will have future plumbing services by McGill Plumbing Inc.

Went well. Was easy to schedule, provider communicated properly prior to appointment. Guys showed up within given window. Was told they would call when on their way, but that didn't happen (not a big deal). Work was done as stated. The replacement of the garbage disposal was part of a package for $265. Paid $110 for extra replacement of a locked up hot water valve under sink. Seems pricey, but it appears that I was charged for a service call, but hard to tell as it's not itemized on receipt. One of the workers said that was part of the bill. I find this a bit surprising as the appointment was for the "deal" and I communicated to them ahead of time in regards to checking the locked up valve. Was never told of any service call charge. Have used provided a few times and they always do quality work. Service call charge just doesn't make sense in this situation.

As always McGill was right on time. This is the 3rd time I have use Mcgill in the last month. My service man was James and he is absolutely great.  He is very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. He gets right to work and gets the job done. I still have more plumbing work to go and McGill will be the one I call for my plumbing needs.

It went well. I think the soft water system was a little high. I was happy with their overall service. We had different techs both times. The soft water job was a 2 man job and they were there for 2 hours.  Scheduling for both jobs was easy too.

Ryan Downs was excellent.  He explained everything he was doing and offered a number of tips about maintaining both the things he was installing and other plumbing related issues in my home.  Next time I call McGills I will ask for Ryan again.  He is a credit to McGills.

Whenever I purchased the big deal that’s when they came. It was fine. I haven’t had any problem with anybody that I got so far. Yes, I would recommend them to friends and family.

Ryan did an excellent job putting in a new water heater and removing the old one, then installing a new dishwasher in a kitchen that didn't have a dishwasher before.  As I said before, he had to adjust some of the plumbing fixtures so that the dishwasher was hooked up correctly.  Very good price for the work that he did.  Ryan's very professional and really knows what he is doing.  We have also had other very good plumbers do work for us from McGill Plumbing.  Very satisfied with the work that was done and the price.
