It was a great service. They installed it and so far no problems.

They were punctual, professional and it went extremely well buy they were high in terms of their pricing. It was a written quote and it was excellent.

They were fine. There was nothing that stood out about them. The work done by them was okay. The price seemed to be fine. The quality of their work was fine. It wasn’t the greatest window and it wasn’t the worst one either. Their responsiveness was fine. I would probably use their services in the future.

Laura in the carpet department was very helpful in the process of purchasing, measuring, and scheduling the installation. Kathy came to measure within a day, and because we selected the quick install carpet, it was installed the following week. The installers called to let me know the time to expect them, and they were prompt, quick and courteous. They moved furniture and replaced it carefully. In less than a hour, I had a beautiful new carpet!

I needed estimate on high impact windows with low e energy efficient and sound reduction as well as security, was told Bonnie Chesney would call me within the next 2 hrs, she responded on time, set appt for next day, again right on time. She was very friendly and must say knew her product very well, I definitely received an education in high impact windows. The next day she brought her installer to look at the installation as the door widening was tricky...the installer was most professional and CLEAN TOO, he took time to explain the total job, was very concerned about MY SATISFACTION. I had another bid to get and Bonnie was most professional in taking no for an answer. I was able to see a window job Bonnie did for a customer of mine on the gulf ...BEAUTIFUL JOB!!! NO CAULK MESS...STRAIGHT LINES >>PROFESSIONAL QUALITY INSTALLATION ..the windows are truly the MERCEDES in high impact and installation. She worked days answering questions I had between 2 bids. The woman in the store was great. easy to talk to. But the problem was the installer appt. setters. Very hard to deal with.

Installation was okay, but a bit sloppy, finish around edges could have been better. Was charged for items not used, i.e. a seam kit even though there were no seams, and charged for about double the amount of shoe moulding used. I complained about this with Home Depot, had to jump through lots of hoops and talk to about four different people, but finally got a refund. In hindsight, I would never use them for another job like this. I'd use a flooring specialty company. Unfortunately, I had a hard time finding material I liked elsewhere.

They did not order enough carpet for me, so a quarter of the room is undone. We're not paying extra for what they shorted us. They said that if we weren't happy with it, they'd rip the whole thing out and do it over. They're finishing it this Friday.
