Still have issues that haven't been resolved. When you call they tell you to text name/number/address. I've done so several days ago and still no response. Need to look for legal advice because we were taking advantage of and my husband is a disabled Viet Nam Veteran and also a purple heart recipient and a Senior Citizen who would have done the work himself and a better job. Let alone the disrespectful way that the owner Ben spoke to me. I'm the customer who paid for a service and have ever right to be upset at the way the work and communication has been done. Also my neighbor's husband spoke to them and came out 2wks later. Why didn't they fix mine too? Is it because I'm female?

Installers Rob and Mike put in our fence, and they were professional, on time, and neat. They kept us informed along the way, and the fence looks beautiful!!! We would highly recommend them to anyone and our family are looking into using them.

The quoting process went smoothly and we were told scheduling the work was pushed out 4-5 weeks which led into hurricane Irma hitting Florida. This weakened and flattened a lot of our existing fence, and we were able to work with this company to install the new fence, passing inspection through the permitting process. The only downfall is not being able to talk to someone anytime we called. The calls always went to voicemail.

We STILL have issues. Now voice mail is full and your to text issues to #. No one calls and both jobs have been paid for. My husband is a senior citizen and I feel we have been played. Also contract was signed 6/3/17 but work started 6/27/17 and finished 6/30/17. Then took 6wks to get someone out and still have leaning fence gates don't line up to shut. When they did come out Rob was very rude. Came unannounced. Left while I was trying to contact office. Mike(salesman) said he would talk to Ben the owner and get back to me. Neither one called so now pursuing other avenues. Another fence company for estimates on fixing, Attorney for legal issues, etc.

At first we had to wait 3wks because they were behind because of rain. Ok can't stop mother nature. 2 1/2 days later fence was done. Weekend of July 1st. Job was paid for in cash(discount). Less than 2 wks and the post are loss, didn't fill old holes, picked up debris (wood pieces, nails, tags from bottom of wood). Called and was told it would be at least a week. Call back less than a wk to see if anything opened up and was rudely disregarded by the owner Ben. Still hasn't been fixed, called Monday got voice mail(always voice mail), called Friday because no one called all wk and left voice mail. Maria called me and said she's received my message but really I just need to wait. How long I say and she says 2wks again. I also here Ben in the background saying something then gets on speaker, calls me a liar, tells me to shut up and said we're done. Said they'll be out here to rip out fence and refund money. All of this because it wasn't done right in the first place! 1) Waited close to a month for install 2) Paid in cash for discount 3) Bad clean up 4) Slow to fix problems 5) Very rude with customers (Senior Citizens) 6) To be continued (still waiting)

Have used them before. Great experience. Needed fence installed quickly & they worked with me.

The job went very smoothly. They showed up on time and did what they promised for a very reasonable price.

This company is great.  They came when they said they would, and worked fast.  My fence, including tear-down, was done in 2 days.  The guys who came out were friendly and hard-working.  My fence looks great.  It is perfect.  I would use them again.  I felt the price was fair.  It wasn't low, but for the good work that was done, it was a good price.

They were able to remove the old fence and put up the new vinyl fence in one day. The only thing they didn't finish that first day was one gap between my neighbor and myself and the caps on the fence posts. They arrived on time and went over the whole project with me before they started so they were able to answer all of my questions and concerns. They immediately started work and they did not stop until they were done....around 6pm that same day. They were very respectful of my property and they did an excellent job. Charles was the person in charge and he was very professional, yet friendly and approachable. I really appreciated their hard work and attention to detail.

I didn't end up going with them, I felt they were a little too expensive.  They were very nice though and very professional.

They were punctual and attentive to our needs and finished the job on time as promised. Arnie the salesman was sure to address all of our needs and offered us some less expensive alternatives and options so that we could stay within our budget.
