I foolishly paid Steve's assistant at Area Wide Door and Window Systems, Inc. in full before I was sure my door repair job was complete to my satisfaction. Once Steve had his money he would not return my calls, once even after explaining my complaint to an office worker and she had assured me he would return my call. Now I have to hire and pay for another door repair person to finish the job Steve agreed to do. I would not recommend Area Wide Door and Windows Systems, Inc.

Our cars were stuck in the garage. Steve responded immediately and the door was fixed within approx. an hour after calling him. He knew exactly what to do and oour garage door now works better than it has in a long time. Wouls definitely hire him for sevice again.

I had a difficult door replacement job for the guys. I needed a fiberglass door cut down and an angle cut at the top. All of my door jambs and casing was rotted and needed replaced. My house is 80+ years old, so nothing is square, plumb, flush, etc. The guys had a real challenge with this one, and the end result was just awesome. Very professional and friendly crew and Steve was always just a phone call away with any concerns. I look forward to getting estimates on my windows and tile soon.
