Steve called shortly after online Home Advisor request..he came out next day gave estimates on repair/replace. we .went with replace... order was sent in and we should receive new windows within a week... I will assume the "work" will go as well ....and that I will be totally pleased......would refer him and company to other friends of mine....

Excellent work on difficult project. Replacing sliding glass door wheels is usually easy, but this was at the beach and 40 years of salt air had completely corroded all hardware and the door had to be ground apart with a grinder and reassembled. Worked better than new when completed.

Very professional & friendly. We're on time & did a great job. Lead gentleman on this project stopped by after the job was completed to make sure everything was done to our satisfaction, it was. This type of service is almost unheard of. Will definitely use them for any future work & will recommend them as well.

They came out and removed my existing garage door opener to allow me to install a ceiling in the garage. They then came back out and installed a new, quieter garage door opener. They did a much better job that the company that installed the original garage door opener. They were there when they said they would be there and they completed the project at the estimated cost.

Joe was the person who came out to look at my garage door. He was very friendly, and quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem. They also charge $20 less for the initial visit than Precision Doors. I would definitely use them again.

Initial call and installation was prompt and courteous. I had 2 garage springs replaced. Shortly thereafter determined garage door opener would stop on way down. First call to advise problem was told would have someone to repair within day or two. Never heard anything. Two messages later, still no response. Disappointing because original customer service experience was very good but then went down the tubes.

"We made several attempts to contact the customer - the mailbox attached to the number provided, would not accept any new messages. We attempted to set up a time with this customer, and was not available to us to get back with. As of today this customer has not paid for the service call that was done to correct the issue that was created by the customer. We here at Area Wide want to give the best service, and do what is needed for the customers. 11/10/2015 Update: The door is working properly per email received from this customer. From customers email: "the door is working great, so all is well!""
