Could not have been better. He did the job and patiently explained what he was doing and in a few days the lawn greened up and looked great. No excuses, because no excuses were needed. My previous fertilizer had a dozen excuses as to why the lawn was turning into hay.

I have used this company years ago. The problems I had were not resolved. The employees that came out did not correct the problems with the lawn. I had to call them out about the same problems that they came out on previously.

It was a rocky start as what was discussed with the sales person to start services the following month (we had just had a treatment for lawn and wanted to wait a month) was not noted or communicated well and the tech showed up and when I told him it was not to start yet, there was some push back and we disagreed. When I contacted the office, I was given a new person to contact as the salesman was no longer with the company. Yikes. Then there was a delay and efforts to try to have a couple conversations with our person was a lot of phone tag. However, it all was straightened out, questions answered and the same tech and I have had no further issues. And the lawn is growing and thin areas have improved and I think there are less weeds in the actual lawn. I hope to raise the grade to A after a few more successful months.

I called ABC Pest Control about treating my Zoysia lawn for fertilizer and bugs and I also need to have my house treated for fleas because of my dogs. ABC sent out a service man that went over my entire lawn and explained to me how to cut it properly and then he found live termites in my home while he was inspecting for fleas. I do not know what I would have done had he not found the termite problem. Thank you Aaron for finding this problem for me and taking care of my lawn and fleas. We will probably have ABC to treat for the termite problem once we save a little more money. Thanks Again.

The technician came on the date promised & treated window, doors, perimeter. We expected to continue to see the insects & we did. But we also knew there would be a followup treatment in 2wks. Bait traps are really the only effective way to deal with carpenter ants. Spraying ins't enough. We've been down this road before at another residence.  (We didn't expect to see sugar ants the minute he left. Anyway, we treated the sugar ants with bait bought at Lowe's. )We called 3x to schedule the follow up treatment contracted for. Never received a call back from the technician or anyone for that matter. This is a seasonal home & we hoped to finish the final treatment before we leave. Guess we'll just buy bait traps for carpenter ants from Lowes.

I 100% would NOT recommend this company and let me tell you why: We used this company for almost two years and our yard looks exactly the same as it did two years ago...awful! When we first met with the tech we explained that we had a weed problem and our primary concern was to get that fixed.  We were told it would take at least a year. So we waited and waited. Nothing changed...weeds continued to grow and the grass looked terrible. We just canceled the service last month and then we got a $100 bill in the mail. After the manager (Matt) came by to view the awful state of our yard, we were told that it was our fault because we have an oak tree. That oak tree was there when the tech came out 2 yrs ago and he had no problem taking my money and telling me that he could make the yard come back but that it would take a full year.  When I appealed to another manager, David, and told him that the other side of my yard (with no oak tree) had weeds throughout, I was told that oak leaves traveled over there and that those weeds in question weren't covered in their services.  I was shocked! How am I to know that some weeds are covered and some are not?  As a non-expert in weeds, I would expect that all weeds would be covered when I hire a company to eliminate my weeds.   
When I told David that I was going to make sure I told everyone I could about this company and their poor services, he told me to "be careful." If you are looking to hire this company, please do your research. To top it all off, during this entire back and forth between the different managers, they sent me to collections. Even when it was clear that I was disputing the validity of my bill and even after I told David that I would pay the bill and dispute it in a different forum if I had to.

I had to get rid of them because they weren't doing the job for me. They were coming out and telling me they were spraying and I was still having an insect problem. They were telling me they had done my perimeter and they weren't even coming in my backyard so they can't possibly do my whole perimeter. When I stopped having them, I got stuff from a big box store and I have not a bug since.

"Customer did sign up for our Green Landscape Service which is a monthly service that includes the lawn and ornamental shrubs for pest control and fertilization. Service was started on September 22nd, of 2014. Customer called our office on 12/1/2014 with intent to cancel because they say they saw no improvement. ABC explained that our service normally takes at least three to four applications to really start improving the looks of the landscape and that we were in the middle of winter when most plants and the lawn is dormant, Customer did say that we did do a good job at ridding her lawn of all the ants they had and agreed to wait and see how additional services go. Customer cancelled service on 2/16/2015 but then called in to restart services the following day and told ABC they would be posting bad notes about the company on social media. On 2/20/2014 customer demanded copy of his one year service contract be mailed to them so he could have his lawyer review. Customer continued service until the end of his contracted term then cancelled."

My lawn was full of weeds so I asked them out for an estimate. The guy said that the lawn could be fixed and they would come out and do 7 treatments a year, one about every 6-7 weeks. After 6 of the seven treatments at $226 each, my lawn had just as many weeds and actually had a huge brown spot right in the front by the road. they told me upfront that it would not be an overnight change, but after $1400 and 10 months there was no improvement. They came out and told me that the type of weed growing required different treatment which costs more money. I told them I wanted to cancel and they said since the contract was not up yet there would be a cancellation fee. I had to demand a manager come out and he waived the cancellation fee. The supervisor and manager were very prompt and professional, but the actual lawn care side of it was not good. I was never told when I signed up that they would only kill certain weeds and not others unless I pay more. What good is only killing some weeds? I want a weed free yard and I am not an expert of what weeds need what type of treatment. I pay them to be the expert. Long story short I have the same amount of weeds almost a year later, but I have $1400 less dollars.

They drilled a hole in the tree and they put a bottle of potassium to treat the disease. They do this once a month. They were very knowledgeable about the trees and our grass, etc. They addressed any concerns I had with my lawn and I was impressed with their suggestions. I would use them in future if we decide to replace our lawn. They always call the day before to let us know when they are coming.

The end result is that my yard looks great! They are very professional, knowledgeable, polite, and straightforward. They take their time and answer all my questions. Whenever I need something I call them and they will be out within a day or two. This guy knows his stuff and he trains his workers well. My neighbors have started asking me what I'm doing to my lawn and I tell them I just go to ABC! They are the most professional and that's what I like.

We are happy with them. They charge for per treatment. James, the owner, is a very nice man and he calls the day before they come out. If he says he will be here in the morning, he is usually here in the morning. He hands me the bill, says hello, taps a little bit, does his work and off he goes and the lawn looks beautiful. We are his satisfied customers and my grass always looks very pretty and green. We have never had a problem with them. They are courteous and respectful.

Still had weeds growing and they killed plants on the side of the yard. I tried to call back to have them come out and fix the work, there are still weeds all over the yard. I have never been served so poorly by a company.

"Unforunately poor payment history, on monthly payment plan to catch up. Been in collection since 9/2011. He has expressed on-going weed issues. Tech recommended he fix his sprinkler system. Yard keeps drying out, weeds take over. Mgr/Tech did everything he asked for. Tech called him after every service to give him a report on his lawn condition, what he needed to do, and sent him the workorder with tech's instructions."

I choose to go with the 1 time option with this company instead of the quarterly appointments. The one time option includes a first inspection and then spray inside and out. This is followed up 30 days later with another spray on the outside; the inside if necessary. When trying to setup my initial appointment, the receptionist was not co-operative with my schedule. I had to explain to her several times that I work during the day and would it be possible to get a specific time and have the representative call 30 minutes in advance so that I could return home to meet him/her or to let them know if I was running late, etc. My appointment was set for 1:00. The day of the appointment came and the tech called over an hour earlier than was expected, around 11:30, to say that he would be there in 10 minutes because he was finished with his prior appointment early. This was very inconvenient for me, since I was out to lunch with a client. I explained myself to the representative and told him that I would be home close to our scheduled time. I got home at 1:00 and called the rep to let him know; I then waited 40 minutes for the rep to show up. The representative was also slightly inappropriate with the topics of conversation that he brought up during his work visit.

The day of the follow up appointment, I found out that the original tech was no longer with the company for reasons not explained to me. The tech on the follow up appointment also informed me that the first rep actually did the spraying incorrectly on his first visit. He had sprayed inside all of the cupboards, etc. when he was only supposed to set bait traps. I felt more comfortable with the quality of the second representative’s work.

Overall, I cannot say that I was overly pleased with the entire experience with this company. I felt more like a burden then a valued customer. I am not sure that I would use this company again for pest control. I still have aunts.

She was serviced and the follow up was completed. Can not comfirm the rest of her comments. She did not make any complaints to the office about the service not working. "A contract to service the property was signed on 5/27/11. The first service (customer has invoice with service date) was performed on 6-25-11. Customer says that 3 days later the lawn turned for the worst. ABC treated the sod with a fungicide, insecticide, and liquid iron. Turf grass severely infected with fungus due to over-watering, excessive rain, and poor quality sod (mislaid by their contractor) will show signs of yellowing following the fungicide application. This is common as the infected turf tries to recover. Many lawns take several months to recover (Customer cancelled ABC within 20 days of first service without ever paying for service) Even though ABC sent a supervisor to the home and showed them the problem with the turf was due to Poor Quality sod, not installed properly, and severely over-watered, the customer continued to blame ABC for all their problems. ABC made several attempts to stop the customer from cancelling their contract letting them know that ABC wants to continue working with them but it would take time (several months) and effort on both parties to get the grass looking good. Customer refused to listen to common sense that the work ABC did in 20 days was not going to cure their turf grass problem immediately. Customer cancelled service and they were informed of the contract service fees. Once service is cancelled or not paid for, ABC stops providing any assistance or services. They were in breach of contract at that time. Apparently the former customer had no warranty with the sod company and is trying to blame ABC for their loss. Notes in ABC's system also indicate that not only has customer not paid one penny for any of ABC's services but also during a conversation with ABC, customer stated they had not paid for the sod as of 7-7-11 (over 50 days since sod was installed). Customer's outstanding balance with ABC stands at $310.25 which is still past due and heading for a collection agency."

I spoke with them, and they were very nice. We have too small of an area for them to come out and service. He came out and looked at our yard. He wouldn't even give an estimate because it was too small, but he was nice. He was in a traffic accident before he came to our house, and he still showed up.
