Lein was timely and professional. Let me know each step in the process. Worked very hard even though he had to keep going out to his truck in the pouring rain. I was very satisfied.

Overall it went pretty good. The gentlemen were very professional. It looks much better than it was but the crack is still noticeable in some places more than others. But, I guess when you are trying to repair a tile that is no longer made you either have to go with that or replace the whole house with new tile. Still it was worth having done to make it less noticeable.

We recently bought a 16-year old home and the master shower needed some grouting and cleaning. They showed up on time for the estimate and on service day. I feel bad, I forget his name, but he worked very diligently on the shower. When he finished, he called me in. WOW! I needed sunglasses! Fantastic job! Above and beyond! It is very obvious that he takes pride in his work. I would recommend The Groutsmith to anyone.

After finding on Angie's List, called for information and appointment. Instant response and appointment made for assessment on same day. Craig carefully explained options and offered his recommendation with estimate. We called several days later to contract for service and establish date for appointment. The crew arrived as scheduled, worked very heard and completed the work ahead of schedule. They were professional and did an excellent job. The tile floor was repaired and cleaned and looks like new. I highly recommend this company.

Perfection, a miracle. 40 years of Lutz well water removed. Better than any chemical cleaning product. Both baths look brand NEW, and compared to the cost of retile, practically no cost. Well mannered, timely and professional, recommend to any and all people, especially those with iron rich well water. Wonderful.

Overall it went well. Cracked tiles were replaced with excellent quality. Regrouting was satisfactory. Loose tiles were repaired but many hollow tiles remain.

I met one of Groutsmith's employees out the house to get a quote. I showed him the problem area and asked him to provide an estimate. He quoted me $300 to replace the tiles that "popped up", plus the cost of the replacement tiles. He took one of the tiles with him to match up with the new ones. The broken tiles were a 12"x12" standard white tile typical for the subdivision. We scheduled a time for him to come back and do the installation. He called the night before the installation to say he would have to order the tiles since he couldn't locate any in stock. I let him know my urgency that I had renters coming in at the end of the month and wanted to have it done before then. The tiles came in early and we re-scheduled the work. Since the house was vacant I gave the installer the garage code to let him in the house to do the work. I came by the next afternoon to inspect the work. I was disappointed when I found the new "white" tiles didn't match the existing tiles. There is a noticeable color difference between the old and new tiles as well as the grout spacing being slightly wider. I would have preferred the installer make me aware of the color difference before installing the new tiles. If they weren't able to get a match, I probably would have elected to put in a design of another tile. Luckily the tiles are in hallway that needs a runner rug that covers most of the tile. The new renters didn't seem to mind the color difference too much. I asked to installer to repair some missing grout in another area which he did with no problems. The cost of the tiles ($35) came in a bit higher than I expected.

The owner, Craig Chapman, responded immediately to my call and quickly came by to give me an estimate and we decided on a date for the work to be done. On the day of the job, the workman arrived on schedule and completed the work in the time I had set aside to be home. The job was well done and the workspace was kept neat and clean. I would not hesitate to use their services or recommend them to my friends.

Very good experience. The salesman showed up for the initial quote on time and did a sample cleaning/grout stain on the floor. We just purchased the house in a short sale and the tile floors were nasty dirty. In fact, the original tan grout was black. Other companies I called either quoted me over the phone or showed up and talked about how good their service is. Groutsmith proved how clean and new looking they can get your floor. The did a sample clean and stain to the grout and it looked brand new. The workers showed up as scheduled and performed the work as promised. They cleaned up and when they left it looked like I just had the floor installed. Great Job! Very fair pricing. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs a floor cleaned and grout restored.

Working with this company was a delight. We had our initial phone call returned immediately with an appointment set for an estimate the following day. We contracted with them and set a service date for the following week. The work done by this company was above and beyond our expectations. We had a small issue with some of our tiles being higher than others and they worked to level the floor so the tiles aligned properly. They were able to correct a problem caused by our original builder. The men were pleasant and informed us of their progress throughout the two days so we knew what to expect. They color sealed our bathroom tile and it looks as good as new. Wish I had known of these guys years ago. I would not hesitate to use them again.

Craig showed up and we discussed what was necessary for my repairs and he gave me an estimate to do the work. They showed up the morning they promised and completed the work in a timely fashion. They came back after I called them to because some of the grout seemed to be missing after it dried, as tho it sucked into the holes. They fixed it right away and all is good.
