I had a 14 year old unit in the attics upstairs. It was not cooling off. I had home warranty called 2-10. They sent out a very unprofessional team. Even I paid $100 service fee, I didn't want them to come back out to my house. Since the unit was this old and not running efficiently, I decided to get a new more efficient unit. I called two local companies (Lakeside was one of them) and Home Depot. I picked Lakeside. They installed a 2 stage unit. The team came out on time, did the installation professionally. They told me I should have $200 rebate from my electric bill as they will send in the rebate for me. I just received my electric bill and it is only $24.93! My overall electric bill has been reduced by $40 monthly now. The system is running well and most importantly, their price is the best among all bids. I will replace my downstairs unit very shortly and they will be the one I choose again.

This is our second time to use Lakeside in the last 45 days. First time was an "A" rating so went back to them. We had a busted pipe where the city water meter met our plumbing to go to the house. Required digging up some ground, finding the problem and fixing it. Jackie - the scheduler and receptionist - is awesome. She has always been very professional. Michael was right on time, actually did the work, found the problem, and repaired it. He put back the sod, and everything looks good and works. Great job. We now make Lakeside our "go-to" plumbers. We recommend.

From the beginning, Lakeside was a great company to work with. From the receptionist/scheduler to the installer, they were on time, on budget, and did a great job. About a week advance in schedule setup. I am going to make them my "go-to" plumber.

I called and spoke with Jackie, who is very receptive. Jackie took all my information down and sent to technician Ron. Ron called me back within 15 mins and was at my house, within one hour after I called. What great service! Lakeside saved me over $120 compared to what other companies wanted to charge me. Lakeside has earned my business going forward and I would recommended them to anyone.

Jackie was the customer Service rep I spoke with. She was courteous and promptly gave me a service appointment the same day. Ron Ierna was the technician who promptly visited our place during the time window Jackie had given us. He diagnosed our A/C unit and suggested mother board replacement. He gave me the Quote and offered to get the part and come back the next morning. He did so as promised and replaced the mother board. He was respectful, polite and very professional. It is more than a month now and our A/C is working fine. I would recommend Lakeside Heating Cooling & Plumbing, Inc and their rep Jackie and Technician Ron for the good job they did.

This summer many A/Cs around my family broke down. First my mothers in law, within in a day she had an affordable unit expertly installed. The same week my fathers' house A/C decided to go out, I was out of town and they worked with me via phone and email to get it all fixed. The latest was today, the upstairs unit is not working. I just called and they will be here first thing tomorrow. Keep up the great work you guys ROCK!!! Jackie has great patience and communicates well with customers.

Came home and the thermostat was 85 degrees we tried a couple of things nothing happened ,It started getting late and I thought we won't be able to get anyone out this quick , I called and said can you come in the morning and they said no we are going to take care of it tonight and they did It is very hard to find an honest reliable A/C company. Very happy I have found a new A/C company, you will not be disappointed.

It went great. Ron was on time and he quickly assessed what needed to be done and got right to work. He was thoughtful in his approach, making sure the install would be a success by taking an inventory of everything needed and working through order of operations ahead of the actual execution. The install itself was done nicely. I will use Ron for my heating and cooling maintenance next year.

I received a prompt response and scheduled my service call for the next day. I would highly recommend Lakeside to my friends and family. I liked being able to call a local business that I feel didn't try to sell me a part or add on unnecessary service. They fixed what was needed, gave me an explanation for the work done and cleaned up before leaving. I'm not one to write reviews but Lakeside deserves an A+ in my opinion! I will be a repeat customer for sure!
