I was extremely impressed with the work Fernando did in installing my floor as well as many other small projects. His response in a very time sensitive requirement was nothing short of amazing. His quality of work is impeccable. I would hire him again in a heartbeat!

If zero was an option I’d go with that. Fernando was quick to call and schedule an appointment. However, I was a no show and I never heard from him again.

We could not be any happier with the work done by D&F!! Not only is their work top quality, they truly take pride in their work. We refer to them as artists. They spent a lot of time planning and designing before they started laying the tiles. We showed their work to the company we bought the tiles from and they were amazed. They told us not to lose their number! They are also very dependable, trustworthy and resourceful. They can do a lot more than just tile work. We got a lot of things done during the renovations, and every time we ran into a challenge, they came up with creative ways to overcome them. And they are genuinely nice and friendly people. They did a lot of work on our projects, and over time, we got to know them really well. Our friends warned us that the massive projects we were taking on were going to be stressful, but thanks to D&F, we had a good experience and we are ecstatic with the finished product. We get compliments all the time from everyone that we show their work to. You will not regret utilizing this company.

We hired Fernando’s M & T Tampa Flooring to install new tiles for our entire house. The work involved removing existing tiles, carpet and baseboards followed by installing new porcelain tiles and baseboard. These days it is not easy to find a company that delivers their service in such a manner that they exceed your expectation. Fernando and his team consistently exceeded our expectation from start to finish. We hired them because they have excellent reviews on Angie’s list, was prompt and responsive to our request for estimate and their pricing was competitive. M & T Flooring is a small owner-operated company. So you interact directly with the company owners, Fernando (and Marco). This itself made the communication very easy. Fernando and Marco together came to do the estimation, and they did all the tiling work with the help of one or two helpers. It was a major work and doing it while we were living in the home was no small endeavor, mainly because of the dust and noise involved. Nevertheless, Fernando was very considerate in planning and executing the work in such a way that caused minimum disturbance to us. They meticulously covered up all the areas and countertops and partitioned the work area into two sections with plastic sheets, so that they could work on one section, while we lived in the other with minimal dust and noise. Fernando kept us routinely updated on the progress and next steps at the end of each day and was flexible whenever we wanted to make any changes during the work. While many service companies over promise and under deliver, Fernando and his team under promised and over delivered. For example, many other companies don’t paint the baseboards. During the estimate Fernando didn’t include painting the new baseboards. But during the work, he said that his crew will paint all the new baseboards. Another thing is that his wife runs a house cleaning service. So after finishing each section of the house, he brought the cleaning crew and meticulously cleaned that section so that we could move into that section and his crew can finish the other section. Overall, we felt that Fernando and his team were extremely professional and sincere in their work. They even worked on the weekend to complete the project on time and they did a great job of cleaning up the entire home after the work. We would definitely hire them in future and we have no reservations in recommending Fernando and his team to anyone.

Our bathroom was from the original build of the house in 1976. It had the ugly ugly olive green tub and tiles. Fernando turned our bathroom into most luxurious bathroom I've ever seen!!!! He was amazing!!! Always on time and got the job done in great time. I will be using him again for our next bathroom.

Fernando and his team did a FANTASTIC job on our tub to shower conversion. They are reliable, easy to work with and ready to “go an extra mile” to make sure that things were done per our wishes & expectations. It’s hard to find such great people that provide an excellent workmanship at such competitive pricing nowadays. Amazing - Fernando was wonderful. He spec’d it out perfectly - everyone loves my floors & I always receive compliments on how perfect the pattern was laid & how perfect the grout lines are (not thick/chunky or uneven - just perfect).

Fernando was wonderful! I felt so comfortable with him that I left to go to SC before he was finished. He was so respectful. He wore a mask, gloves, and footies. His work was beautiful, and he left my condo in immaculate. No dust!!!! He added a sweet touch by leaving my toilet paper with a design (like they do on a cruise ship)! He was the most reasonable person I found. I had 4 other companies come, and I chose him. So glad I did.?
