I am very sorry to have to update this review. When Chris and his team started they were there weekly and then biweekly during the winter months as communicated. In the month of March to April I started noticing weeds that I?ve never had at my property, which to me notified that they hadn?t been out in over two weeks.
Unfortunately, due to the HOA I had to weed and cut the grass myself even though I?m paying for service. I was able to get Chris on the phone and even discussed some landscaping business with him. He stated they?ve acquired many more customers and was situating their schedule out. He gave a date of Wednesday that they were going to be coming by so I took that day off work?and they no showed. No call. No apology. Now it?s been over 3 weeks that they haven?t been out and I paid for the month of April.
In order to avoid headache I?ve just requested my money back and again, no response to texts emails and voice message. I am thoroughly disappointed
