"Thank you for your kind words! It was a pleasure providing you with 5 star service!"
"After meeting with the homeowner at his house and inspecting the sliding glass door and the area surrounding the door, it was determined that the support beam above the header of the sliding glass door had sagged, which is a house structural issue, not a door issue. The sagging of the beam was not a result of faulty installation on my company's part. The sagging of the beam is a structural issue. As I explained to the homeowner, the sagging of the beam was placing pressure on the sliding glass door and causing the panels to stick. I visually pointed out the dip in the beam to the homeowner and he acknowledged that he was able to see the dip in the middle of the beam. The homeowner, after the door was installed, had a motorized hurricane shutter installed above the sliding glass door, which also may be placing pressure on the beam over the door. I also spoke to the builder and explained to him what I had discovered. I made a suggestion to order shorter panels in order to prevent the panels from rubbing on the sagging beam, so the homeowner would not have to take down his hurricane shutter. The style of the sliding glass door installed in the home was decided by the builder, not my company. As explained to the homeowner, if he was not satisfied with the door handle, it is under warranty and can be replaced. I put a price together to replace the door panels and texted it to the homeowner. I never received a response to my text and later found out when I spoke to the homeowner that I inadvertently sent the text to the wrong phone number. When I went to the homeowner's house to bring two window screens, I left the homeowner a quote on the price of a storm door. The homeowner later acknowledged receipt of the quote and was looking to order the storm door at a later time. One window that was installed was not level due to the heavy rain that began to pour during the installation. My main concern at that time, because of the pouring rain, was to get the window in and close the hole. The window was later leveled to the homeowners satisfaction. Customer service is my main priority and my company has thousands of satisfied customers. Many of my customers have become repeat customers, requesting additional projects to be completed on their homes. I have also been providing and installing windows and doors for the builder who built this homeowner's house for over fifteen years. My intention is to never knowingly upset or disrespect a customer."
