We hired them to coat our lanai and small patio for our home in The Villages, FL. We had a very good experience from the salesman Jared, to the office personnel and Cornelius the lead installer. They ALL had great things to say about their employer and it showed in their work. I would highly recommend this company.

Today, April 12th, 2023, Issac and Nick showed up on time at 0800. They explained the process to me and began the work. By 2pm they were finished, cleaned up and ready to go. The floor is amazing! It is just as we had envisioned it when selected the colors and pattern. I enjoyed discussion what they were doing from time to time and they were happy to explain all the processes taking place. They are friendly, professional and experts at applying the full flake floor coating system. I will recommend this company to all my friends and neighbors. Thank you GUARDIAN GARAGE FLOORS!

Everyone at the company went above and beyond from knowledge of the product and procedure all the way to the guys during the installation answering my additional questions. Each person was early to their appointment times and I never felt rushed during the appointment. All questions were answered throughly and everyone was pleasant to speak with. The product speaks for itself, it looks amazing!

Quality of work was excellent. No complaints so far. I do think clean-up (dust, flecks) could have been better.

The company did a great job on the project. They showed up on time, worked hard and was very professional from the person who measured the floors and quoted the job, to the crew that performed the work. I even received a call after the project was completed, from the owner, to insure my satisfaction. I would highly recommend Guardian and they will be my first call on future projects.

The garage floor looks awesome, very pleased with the finished product. The salesperson was not pushy, very courteous and knowledgeable. Their prices were comparable to the other quotes we received but they had the best reviews . They are veteran owned and operated and we received a discount because our son is in the military. The 2 gentleman that did the work were very polite and professional and explained the process and left us instructions. They did a great job and cleaned up very well. We are very happy with the experience.
