All In One Septic

To give everyone reference. A reputable septic company charges roughly $3000-3750 for 250-300 ft of new leech / drain field. They came out, to my knowledge never did a camera scope, charged me $2900 for jet cleaning and a pump out then failed to provide photos of my leech field lines or out line from my tank showing it was cleared. They ran the invoice through another company so Iâ m unable to dispute the charge. Then tried to blame the other company, the whole situation is shady. I have photos of their truck and text to prove they provided the services.. They convinced me to pay by offering a 1 year warranty but when I called and texted angry to be having issues again less than 4 months later I was threatened with being sued for slander and leaving bad reviews. Which are opinions not slander. I would like a refund for the jet cleaning services and am not asking for reimbursement for pump out.

100% dishonest scum. Just recently tropical storm Debbie flooded our septic tank in our backyard, so I had to start contacting companies to come out right away so that we could get our toilets back working, because having a family with no toilets and limited water use is not something you want to go without for daysâ ¦ I was looking for a quote to get the tank pumped out and was hoping to get it done right away buttt. Found this company ¦ All in One.. and wish I never called them. I talked to the owner of the company that apparently dispatch his guys to do work. Sent a guy over that was supposed to do something that he explained to me over the phone that I did not have to spend $400-$500 for a pump service that he could send his guy to clear a filter that would allow us to have working toilets but NOPE. He sent a guy here to look at it and tell me I need a $3200 service to get it back going.. so that being said he sent this guy to my house to basically collect a Service Fee and not do legit nothing. Wasted my time and money and now have to wait another day to get back to contacting another business that will actually come do the job!! Make sure you clarify EVERYTHING before having people like this come to your home!!!

Absolute worst company I have ever dealt with in my life. Dishonest, thieves, and zero remorse for what they put their customers through. They took over 4 months to do my septic, and still didn't provide the truck loads of dirt that I paid for per my contract. They have their customers pay in full, and then ghost you until you are begging for them to complete so you can live in your house. I wouldn't wish this company or treatment on my worst enemy.

Absolutely excellent experience. I have hired septic via Angi previously and used others prior to All In One Septic. I have been in my home 11yrs and used other septic servicers at least 6-7 times. Nobody ever took the time to explain, show, troubleshooting, etc, like Moe and Andrew did today. 100% will be using them again.

The guys who came out - moe and Andrew - were friendly and very knowledgeable and did a great job.

They did an excellent job they inform you of a lot of things that you should know. They know the job and they work very hard. Iâ m very happy with this company and I will call them again and tell everybody about them. I am a very happy customer

The two gentlemen, Andrew & Mo, were professional, polite & personable. They answered questions I had about the project & kept me informed. I asked for business cards so I could give them to my friends. A definite asset to 'All in One Septic'! Thanks guys!!

They left out stains in my driveway. They said they would send someone out to pressure wash it

Any type of home repair is stressful & expensive, but having the job done right & timely brings peace of mind. Also appreciate the senior discount. Not all companies are as thoughtful. Highly recommend All in One Septic. They emptied tank, installed new sewage pump (originally done incorrectly by Arnett Electric) & hydro-jetting complete home. Thank you!

I feel like I got taken advantage of. I had a kitchen drain clog and it cost me $1775.00 I was told it would cost me $315 when I called up. Well, that ended up being $315 per drain line that I have in the house. 5 lines @ $315 . I feel like I was sucker punched. This just is not right. The work quality was excellent but the price was ridiculous !!

Had an appointment scheduled for 8-9 and they didnâ  t show up till 12.. with no communication unless you reached out first.. otherwise very knowledgeable professional, very polite, informative. The money rate beat anyone around. Overall satisfied

Came out same day within a few hours. Checked to make sure the backup was not caused by a clogged drain line before charging to pump the tank. Explained everything he was doing and completed the job quickly.
