Hmmm ... I flew to FL to visit my son and realized we had a need to change his apartment door lock to a more secure system that controls the ability or inability of keys being copied. Being an Angie's List Member, I researched locksmiths and selected the Wellington Locksmiths, Inc. I also took advantage of their Medico Deadbolt Lock price special. The gentleman came that very day, installed the necessary lock, equipped me also with window locks ... I can not express enough how professional and personable he was. It was such a pleasant experience. I feel my son is now extremely safe and sound which allows my husband and I the ability to sleep soundly -- since we are so very far away from our son.

I have an antique book case and I lost the skeleton key.  He came out and tried some 'standard' keys which didn't work, so he took the lock out and made two keys for me.  Excellent job, very professional and great to work with.

Rohan was extremely quick in responding to our call late on a week-end evening for emergency locksmith services. We highly recommend using his locksmith services. He was also reasonably priced and honest.

The fact that our phone call was answered by a person (not an answer machine) who was polite, patient and knowledgeable was what first set Rohan and Wellington Locksmith apart from the others that we contacted. He arrived on time and was prepared to do the job from start to finish in a professional manner, taking the time to "do it right" the first time. This was a completely pleasant experience for us.

Rohan was a pleasure to deal with. He was competent, professional and a genuine nice guy. My wife was suffering from breast cancer and he offered to come back that night (if i needed him) to help me install a shower head so that the nurse could wash her hair)

I picked Rohan of Wellington Locksmiths because of other reviews posted here. He did not disappoint. He showed up when promised, looked at the door handleset we needed to replace, went back to his warehouse to pick up a couple of possible replacements.and came back the same day to finish the job. He also rekeyed the garage door to match the front door, and created several duplicate keys. He was very professional throughout, and never tried to sell us anything other than what we asked for. I would definitely recommend Rohan and would use him again without hesitation.

Very professional and showed up on time. Two visits were needed because of having to order the new lock. The owner, Rohan came the second time and he installed the Baldwin. He was extremely polite and honest. We were on a time limit due to a party at our house. He installed the lock the day before the party and did a super job.

Key to roof access door lost. We thought there was a regular lock to the door to the roof (20 ft up a ladder). Turned out it was a padlock; Rohann removed the old padlock and replaced it with new, coded padlock to ensure we don't have key loss problem again. Had no idea such padlocks existed.

When I first met Rohan, I explained to him my security needs. This went beyond the typical change of locks. He advised me of new security features for my doors and gave me a fair estimate. I felt confident with his recommendation. Part of the work included replacing the original locks and door handles on the front doors of the house. The design and color he recommended was esthetically beautiful. I would never had made the choice on my own.

I recommended them to several neighbors as well as my daughter. I highly recommend them. They did a great job!

He called when he was on his way over, showed up on time, and completed the job in 20 minutes.
