They were fantastic. They were a triple A plus. They were amazing. They were responsive, they were smart, they were polite, and they came out and not only fixed the problem that I hired them for, but figured out why the company that was supposed to fix something else didn't and fixed it. They were amazing.

He was very responsive in communicating through the entire process, his team did a great job and were punctual. The results were great, and his price was very competitive. Will definitely use him again for any future roofing needs.

We were given a reasonable quote by a person who came on time. The workman came when scheduled, was polite, performed the work a reasonable time and then cleaned up after himself. I will definately used them again if the need arises.

It could not have gone better. Their team really knew what they were doing, were productive and from what I could tell did not cut corners. Besides just fixing the immediate leak, they founsd other budding problems and fixed those as well.

I had Vic's son out (don't recall his name) to look at a leaking exterior flat roof. He took me up on the roof and explained the issue, which made much more sense than another company's analysis that came with a pricey solution. The most amazing part was that the work turned out to be more screening and gutter work (vs roofing), which he explained he could do, but it would be more cost effective to go with a company that specialized in that area. He even took the time to elaborate on exactly what to ask for. Bottom line is he spent a good half hour with me after knowing there would be no business for him. That's a first for me, and I will definitely use VE for my roofing needs in the future, even if they are a bit higher. There's no replacing great and honest service .

Devon came out and discovered that there was no leak but that my dryer vent was totally clogged. What a breath of fresh air to find a company that is honest! Thank you for not trying to take advantage of a situation but rather being honest, I will sing your praises and recommend you over and over and over.

Nearly two days of nasty work and I wasn't evolved. Easy folks to work with, the job was done on time and at a reasonable price. Next time I need roof work, I know who to call.

Vic is a class act. He has been incredibly helpful providing insightful advice with my roof concerns. They came out to check a roof leak and recommend a full reroof rather than spend the money for a roof leak rebuild. This recommendation meant they didn't get the job but they focused on providing the best option for the customer. I wish they still did full reroofs. I highly recommend Vic for your roofing needs and trust you will get an honest answer and the best recommendation for the customer not for his bottom line. They are incredibly responsive and timely on coming onsite.

Very well. Brent was honest, punctual, corgel and professional. The work was top notch and done efficiently. They even painted the facia and cleaned up throughly before leaving. The price was very reasonable for a job well done.

It went just great! Vic Quillen is a gem, I wish all contractors were like Vic. He is a man of his word, he makes a promise and he keeps his word. I had him install 2 skylights and basically reframe that section of my roof to accommodate the skylights I had chosen. Vic's crew arrived when he said they would, they went right to work and they did a great job, even cleaning up nicely when they were done. I will hire Vic again when I am redoing my kitchen to install Solar Tubes to brighten up what is currently a fairly dark kitchen.

Extremely well. Brent offered a clear explanation of what needed to be done and the work was carried out quickly. Although the house is 33 years old, it is impossible to tell which are the new replacement tiles. Very happy and recommend and will always use this company.

I called on 8/22, and I talked to Vic, the owner. He said his son, Devin, could stop by noon the next day. Devin showed up on time. He went over the eaves with me, and he showed me what to look for if there was a roof problem. He showed me the areas I should pay particular attention to. We discussed the condition of the roof and how much longer my roof would last. Devin was very knowledgeable, professional and helpful. I will call them again.

Well, I am giving the company an A, but they really deserve an A-. The reason I dinged them half a point is because after the estimator came to inspect the job I waited two weeks for an estimate, and then had to call to get it. Then when I accepted the estimate i was told I would be put on the schedule. I waited another two weeks and then called to be put on the schedule for the next week. That being said, I was very happy with the work. This wasn't a big job, but the men who performed the work showed up exactly when they said they would. They completed the job in a timely manner and cleaned up after themselves so you wouldn't even know they were there. The cost was reasonable and I got an AL discount. I was told up front that if the cricket needed to be rebuilt (which they wouldn't know until they removed the tiles) then there would be an additional charge. Fortunately this was not needed. I would definitely use them again.

Very well. Technician inspected, determined that it was a minute leak in the gutter and not a roof leak. After looking in the garage attic and inspecting the place where water was leaking, the charge for the inspection was ZERO.

Have used this company several times to repair leaks and other roof damage. Have always had a good experience with them. Devin, the inspector, is friendly and gives an honest opinion of the problem, answers all my questions. The repair crews have been prompt, professional and hard working. Have not had any problems with the work they've done. They're prices are a little high but the work they do is top quality and I can sleep at night knowing that the job has been done right. Overall they are a good honest company to work with.

The owner Vic came and did the estimate himself. He thoroughly explained what happened to cause the leak, what needed to be done to repair it and provided a written estimate. He was supposed to come out the next day but texted me at 2:30a to say the weather would not cooperate so we would postpone until the following day. (He was quite right as storms came through all day!) His crew arrived right on time the following day and stayed until the job was finished. The workers were professional and cleaned up properly. Subsequently, I contacted him yesterday to inspect the repair and he came out the same day to look at it. I cannot say enough good things about Vic's professionalism and prompt contact. I highly recommend him and his work!

Vic's son (forget his name) was the 3rd roofing contractor I saw that I received an estimate from. I decided to go with Vic mostly based on his salesmanship, attitude and attention to detail. Where other estimates said I need to get a sky light completely replaced, we determined that was not where the leak was coming from. The crew came out and did the required job, they also identified another area in the roof that was minor leak, but would be a problem in the future. So I had them come out a week later to fix the second leak as well. My only complaint about the service is that Vic did his scheduling very last minute - I got an email at 9pm saying they would be there the next morning. While that worked out and I understand jobs sometimes run over which affect scheduling, a little more advance notice would have been better. Overall, good price, very professional team all around and great job.

We were very pleased with the service. The communication was good and roof was repaired in a timely matter. Very professional and a pleasure to work with.

The owner's son came out to look at the roof and estimate the work required. He was very helpful and took the time to explain what he believed the problem was, and answer questions. The estimate was sent over just a couple days after they came out, as promised. After reviewing estimates from two other highly rated Angie's list companies, we went with VE based mostly on the (much) better price, but the quote sent also went into a little more detail as far as materials to be used for the job which was reassuring. Not sure if this deals particularly with responsiveness, but one (slight) knock is the fact that they called to schedule the job for the next day. Basically after confirming that I was OK with the quote and work to be done, I got a call about a week and a half later without warning asking if tomorrow was OK. I had no issues with that, and I'm sure if I would have need to reschedule it would have been OK with them, but it was just unexpected. On the day of the job two guys came out to do the work and they were on time, and very helpful around lunch time as our 1 year old takes a nap around noon, and so we were able to coordinate schedules so that there wasn't any banging on the roof that would've woken the baby up. They took pictures of the roof (before and after) and showed me while they were at the house. I got a copy of the pictures after they were sent to the owner. Also, I was able to see the parts of the roof that were being worked on from the second floor and they were helpful in answering just a couple of quick questions as they worked. The clean-up went well, although there was some sand in one spot on my lawn which I diluted and washed away with a hose. I would have preferred they keep the excess material on the driveway or in their truck, but it wasn't a problem. Overall I'm very pleased with the service provided and would definitely consider them again in the future.
