I called Soltys Plumbing and they sent someone to look at my gas water heater. They were the ones who installed it 6 years earlier. They said it was an electrician's issue. The electrician came out and said it was the unit's problem. I called back Solty's and they said the warranty was up and they couldn't find the problem and I had to buy a new heater for $2,600.  I called Ryan on Saturday and at time and a half, it was a little expensive, but he told me that up front. He trouble shot it and he called the service center and it was fixed.

I initially thought their prices were high and they didn't apply the visit charge to the work (which was unusual), but they were so willing to fill the minimum hour with other requests that I forgave this for the overall experience.

I would highly recommend them. They were very professional, prompt and pleasant. I will use them again if I have any plumbing needs in the future.

Ryan offered to come later in the day, and when I said I was hoping to go back to work, he had one of his workman leave a tub installation to come to my house within 15 minutes and unclog my master bath toilet. This was a great service and the workman was very nice and explained everything he was doing.
The reason I rated the rest of the service a B is because he didn't use gloves and I didn't like how he handled the wet snake.
 If he'd used gloves, if he'd washed his hands with soap, and if he had a lid or container for the snake, it would have been better.
When he removed the snake tool from the toilet, he touched the tip that had gone into the clog with his hand to shorten it. Then he leaned it on my light painted wall. He used a very dirty looking towel to put beneath it. Then he barely rinsed his hands under the water without soap. After carrying the wet snake back through my house, he leaned it against another painted wall in my hallway. Then he plunged my kitchen sink instead of opening the trap to check it. I wondered where the plunger had been.

The man Ryan sent replaced all the insides of the tank as it was leaking badly, my water bills were unbelievably high, and it was turned off and therefore unusable.  The fellow told me he was new and would I tell his boss he did a good job.  He had not yet finished, but I said I would and did leave Ryan a message that he did a good job.   Ryan stands behind the work his team does and if something is not right you can count on him to fix it - no charge.

Everything went well.  They acted professionally, were very nice, and did a good job of cleaning out the pipes.  Furthermore, they were able to respond more quickly than other companies which I appreciated.

Joe Salina, very polite, used a 10 foot snake and unclogged the drain. Took less than 15 minutes.
This is the second time I used Ryan Plumbing. They are the Best.

He had to send someone else out that the company uses. He incorporated the cost together and only charged us once for the service fee. They were reasonable, charged a fair amount, and were workable. He did a good job. He called me right back and was easy to contact. He was very conscientious about customer service.

Ryan came at the time we had agreed upon. Was a pro from the start and fixed the issue I had been trying to figure out for a week in less than 20 minutes. Will most definitely use him again and will recommend him to my friends. In the near future I'll be calling on him again for whole house re-piping project.

I got a phone estimate.  He charges $40 "come out fee" + $90 per hour= first hour is $140.  I went with a company that just charges by the hour ($90), without the "come out fee".

He comes when I call him and we have used him a lot. He seems to be efficient in his work.

Called company to set up service call and left a message. Call was returned in under 5 minutes. Spoke to owner of company who listened to my issue and suggested a few quick fixes to check for myself, before he came out on the call. One of them fixed my issue. Most companoes would have just come out and charged just for the service call. I was very impressed with their professionalism and customer service. Would use them again anytime the need arose and would highly recommend them.

We were having issues with getting hot water to our master bathroom shower. They came out and were very professional, respectful. and thorough. Even took off their shoes when walking on our carpet! Our hot water issue is fixed and we are very happy.

After a year of having the toilet not be fixed. We had another guy come out who found something lodged in the jet. It was obviously done by this company.

Ryan Plumbing was called for blocked sewer line.  He quoted us an hourly rate to use his machine but said he would try unplugging it manually first. It worked and he was done within 15 minutes of arrival.  He was honest, friendly and knowledgeable.  Honestly the best contractor we have ever come across.
