The technician arrived on time and moved all his gear out to my pool deck. He ran a series of pressure tests to determine if the leak originated in any of the filter plumbing lines. No leak was detected. He then jumped into my pool so he could get a better view of the skimmer. After a couple of minutes using a dye solution he located the leak at the entrance of the skimmer. He also took numerous photos of the skimmer and showed me exactly where the leak was located. Finally, he gave me three different repair options all at varying prices. I decided to go with an epoxy patch.
The repair was over a month ago and the leak has not returned. I'm good for now but I will probably need to perform a longer term repair than just the patch.
Red Rhino was thorough and professional. I would recommend them to anyone who needs to locate and repair a leak.

Employees were courteous, punctual. Problem was resolved 1 visit to identify and 1 for final agreed upon repair.
Costs were as advertised. Inspection seems pricey but I have no other company to compare to. Selected Red Rhino because of Angie's List reviews.

After three days the water level remained the same and there was no leakage!!!
Congratulations Red Rhino ? you are the only one to successfully find and correct our problem.
There was no additional charges above the $300 fee for testing and locating the leak.
They are the only company I would ever use again for the detection. The technician was superb and did an unbelievable job along with being very polite and courteous.
