I was very unhappy with the performance. I paid for one service hour. It was obvious that the problem was the settings but he used up an entire hour "diagnosing" the problem. He even asked me for the book that came with the refrigerator (made me feel he wasn't really a refrigeration expert). At exactly one hour from arrival he declared I needed a new "setting board" and he had to order it. In addition he wanted to come back and charge me $490. I don't know the price of the board but he was going to charge me another labor charge. In my opinion he could have diagnosed the problem in 15 minutes and used the rest of the hour I paid for when he came back to install the part. I feel I was ripped off and would not recommend this company.
