Description of Work: They removed my old shingle roof and replaced it with a new shingle roof and also re-did my flat roof (my back room was a flat roof). Dave was very professional and helpful in responding to all my questions on roofing. And April was helpful in making sure all the paperwork was accurate and informing me of the work timeline.

Description of Work: We called for a quote and their sales person, Paul came out when he said he would and inspected and measured our roof. We got the customary three bids, which were within a few hundred dollars of each other, but Paul went the extra mile and sat down with us and answered all our questions, which we had quite a few. He was very patient with us and was very thorough about the qualifications of his company and exactly how things would proceed. Because we have a flat deck roof and the weather was constantly changing (raining all the time) he didn't want to take any chances with taking the old roof off before he was certain it would not rain. The office staff had to reschedule several times but they always kept us fully updated. There were no surprises and we are very happy with our new roof.

+ -1 moreTHEY REPAIRED A FLAT ROOF THAT THEY SEALED IN 2007. I HAD A LEAK COMING IN. THEY REPAIRED IT PROMPTLY and WITHOUT INCIDENT. I HAVE USED THEM TO REPAIR OTHER FLAT ROOFS (COMMERCIAL PROPERTIES) and HAD NO PROBLEMS. THEY DO STAND BEHIND THEIR WARRANTY.
Description of Work: SERVICE PROVIDED BY FT. LAUDERDALE BRANCH - WARRANTY WORK ON ROOF DONE IN 2007. NO PROBLEMS. THEY ARE VERY RESPONSIVE & PUNCTUAL.
