After removing the toilet, Mike suggested using a "gasket." (forgive me if that is the incorrect term.)
It provided a much need surface area to support the new wax seal around the pipe.
I'm now convinced we will never have another issue with this toilet!!
All his work was performed fast, efficient, and to very high standards.
The bathroom was spotless and actually looked cleaner after he left my home.

Wenzel came to our home at exactly the time promised, identified the problem immediately and fixed it in a very timely manner. He communicated to us what the problem was, explained our options and expertly made the repair. We brought up some other plumbing issues unrelated to the problem for which we called them and he made suggestions to do the work in the most cost-effective manner.
Friendly, informative and very professional. We were VERY happy with the entire experience, would use them again in the future and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to a friend or family member. What more can I say?
