Amazing - I had been trying to reach the company who installed them originally for weeks to remove as they were old and outdated and we need a new roof. I kept hearing they'd come and then would not show. I called Ivan based on these reviews here - and he answered the phone - imagine that! He was so friendly and helpful, was able to provide a quote within a few days and as of today - less than a week later, the panels have been removed successfully so we can install a new roof. My tenant, who lives in this home, called to let me know the guys were 'awesome'. So, overall great experience, don't hesitate to call them!

We had a leaky solar panel and upon a recommendation I called Locke Energy . The repair was difficult because the type of panel was not repairable and needed to be replaced. Because of Covid I could not get in touch with the original panel maker so Ivan replaced it with a panel he had available. The price was fair and work done well. When the panel maker finally got in touch with me , they sent me a new panel under warranty. When I called Ivan back he gladly swapped out the replacement panel with the new warranty panel free of charge. He is reliable and responsive. I appreciate a vendor that calls back right away and shows up when promised. I would highly recommend!

I needed to have an existing solar panel removed and reinstalled due to getting a new roof installed. Timing was critical as I was given an installation date sooner than expected. When I contacted my previous solar company I found out they weren’t available but I was referred to Locke Energy Solutions. From the initial phone call by Ivan Locke and through the whole process I must say I was totally impressed with the service and professionalism – somewhat unexpected in South Florida based on other experiences with service companies. Ivan was able to show up the next day to remove the panel and once the roof had gone through final inspection he was there to reinstall the panel the next day. He went out of his way to get new attachment clips since the original ones were destroyed by the roofers. He kept me apprised during the whole process and explained everything he was doing with both the panel and temporary changes to the hot water tank. I look forward to using Locke Energy Systems as the need arises in the future – definitely my go to company for future solar needs! Kudos to Ivan and his team!

(The company that installed the panels never took the time to help me understand or troubleshoot.). Ivan checked my system to make sure it was functioning the way it’s supposed to. Ivan Locke was prompt and very customer service focused. He called in advance to confirm and advised of his ETA. Upon arrival evaluated our system and based on initial finding suggested we clean our panels before initiating any additional troubleshooting work to see if this would address the low output issues we are experiencing. It went excellent. Ivan was very professional and helped me out due to my electrical situation. I had a 30 amp breaker and most pool heaters require a 60 amp breaker. He set me up with a nice heater that does the job and saved me about $800 on extra electrical work. The heater has 93,000 BTU.
