She was wonderful. She kept me in the loop every step of the way. The physical crew that showed up to do the work each day was so careful to protect the property and the cleanup effort was amazing.

I recently worked with Garabar on 2 roof replacements for one of my clients. Due to the roofing tile restrictions imposed by the associations, there was a longer lead time (several months) to obtain the tiles. While awaiting delivery of the tiles, Garabar coordinated temporary repairs of the roof to stop the existing leaks as part of the re-roof contract. This was great as it enabled us to make other interior repairs while awaiting tile delivery. I really appreciated their support throughout this process, Jessica would call and email regularly to keep me informed with the progress. That stated, their workmanship was excellent and pricing was reasonable compared to the other re-roof quotes I had obtained. They also had their own quality control monitor the progress to address any items warranting additional attention. Thank you!

When I started getting estimates for my roofing project, I saw Garabar's trucks around my neighborhood and quite frankly I had discarded them thinking it was going to be very expensive. To my surprise, it turned out to be very competitive in pricing, (not the cheapest) but not that expensive either. Brian was very professional, gave me an estimate on the spot and explained to me that all the workers were directly employed with the company, (No subcontractors). They were also very clean and protected all the bushes, pool and driveway with wood and plastic. When they finished, cleaned everything immediately not even once I have to call for any mishandling. The work was done very quickly and Jessica kept in touch permanently.

Although the job was very slow getting started (6 months from start to finish for a single family shingle roof), once the work did start, they seemed to hit their groove. Everyone who came to my house - from sales, to foreman to workers - were pleasant and informative. Everything was explained and documented along the way and my property was left spotless once complete. Special shout out to Jessica and Adrian who kept me informed.

Raphael Sierra gave me an excellent presentation and excellent follow through...he always returns my calls or texts promptly. My inside coordinator is Jessica Romero...and I only have good things to say about her role. The workers are polite and make certain that they leave my yard as clean as they found it. The main thing is that they gave me promises and they have kept them. They are always there to answer your questions in a polite manner. The pricing was competitive and the service is outstanding.
