We are disappointed to see your review. If there was a specific incident that caused an issue - please let us know. We do our best to satisfy all the homeowners of our communities. We have been around since 1953 and 98% of our clients renew each year even though we allow cancellation for any reason with 30 days' notice.

They never return phone calls or emails and are compltete hands off when it comes to actually managing the community. Property has gone completely downhill since they started. No involvement in any property issues. Dont waste your time and dont be fooled by good reviews from realtors who get referrals from them. Tried for 7 months to get 150 square feet of sod replaced without a single response from Brian Tight or Michelle Tallet who are suposedly my property managers. Had to hire private company to do work alredy being paid for by Campbell. Buildings now have termites, just keeps getting worse. Follow ups by Michelle Tallet and Dan Tiernan pointed finger at everyone from myself to HOA. Made no attempt to rectify anything and blamed everyone else.
Description of Work: Property management company failed to service lawn resulting in home damage from termites. Ignored request for service included in HOA agreement. Campbell Property Management is responsible for property maintenance for my home and community collecting monthly HOA fees. I notified them in October 2013 that my lawn was dead and needed to be addressed. Brian Tight from Campbell acknowledged issue and said it would be taken care of. Follow ups in November, December, and January were met with delays. Notified new contact Michelle Tallet in March 2014 of issue that was now resulting in bug and termite damage. No response has ever been received and had to pay out of pocket to replace lawn and treat termites.

Campbell Property Management has never had a business relationship with Ms. [removed member name]. Campbell has a relationship with the homeowner association where she lives. Unfortunately, we are not in a situation where we can respond to individual homeowner needs, without the approval of the board of directors of the homeowners' association. There was constant, ongoing communication between the homeowners' association and the owner, Campbell was not authorized to do the work that was requested by the owner.
