I hired ASAP to trim the limbs of a few trees. A couple of them are very difficult to reach. ASAP provide me with a fair estimate and were available to start working within a couple of days. There was some confusion about the right equipment needed to do the job so the workers were idle for some time waiting for the equipment. That caused the job to be completed in two days instead of one. But what I liked the most is the quick responsiveness of the people in the office. They also trimmed the limbs exactly as I requested. They retrieved the trash in the morning of the 3rd day. They left it a little dirty (leaves and small sticks) after the pick up. The workers were polite and respectful. Overall it was a very good experience and will definitely hire them again.

Excellent experience from start to finish - exceeded my expectations! Theo came out ASAP & provided a quote after listening to my vision of allowing more light into my Palm Bch. Gardens backyard by heavily thinning out/trimming large tree & Areca stalks. He arranged a crew to start the next morning & they were two of the nicest & hardest working contractors I've ever met! They really represent the company well & re-discussed my expectations before starting. Theo & his office stayed in contact with me from start to finish to ensure I was happy. I was 110% satisfied - truly couldn't ask for anything more and I have a really sunny backyard again. :)

I started to trim my palms on my own and quickly realized I would not be able to complete the job. I spoke with Theo on the phone who couldn't have been more accommodating. He quickly placed me on the schedule and gave me a fair price. The day of the service Tamica called me to verify some specifics and was friendly and friendly. Theo came and did the job while I was not at home. The job he did was amazing. I was nervous having someone I don't know do work on my home without my supervision, however I clearly had nothing to be concerned about. The palm trees look fantastic. I will certainly be using ASAP again.

The company is very responsive and returns calls efficiently which is rare among contractors in S. FL from our experience. The tree trimmers did a nice job. Though they seemed slow at times, the ground crew was respectful to me as a client and did a nice job overall of cleaning up all the debris by the end of the day and getting it to the curb for the haul-away truck. All in all ASAP Complete Tree Service was pleasant to deal with, quoted a good fair price overall and did a nice job trimming our trees. We would definitely consider using them again.

The owner, Theo Brown came over right away and gave an honest bid to do the project. Others asked twice as much! His crew came quickly and did a careful, professional removal and clean up. They are a great group of guys that work hard and are just really good. It could not have been done any better. Most companies that are on Angie's list are too expensive, but no ASAP.
