Was initially told we had to wait two weeks for materials before we could schedule, but got a call a couple days after that they had a cancellation and could do mine that morning. So I scrambled to organize before they arrived. Job was done timely and well, but guys were a little messy. Left a lot of dirt on the fence and didn't really even out the ground where work was done. Generally happy with the job and price.

I would hire A Fence Builders again in a heart beat. Murph, the owner was pleasant and he price was fair. We had a horizontal wood fence installed around the perimiter of our patio and it turned out great. Steve, the installer was professional and meticulous in his work. They both made sure we ended up with the fence the way we wanted it to look. And when they finished, they did a great job cleaning up.

To put it as succinctly, amazing. These guys are the best. The customer service was top notch and John and Steve always responded to my calls or inquires with speed. From the initial estimate which they took their time and carefully explained what materials they would be using to how they would construct the fence, to the photos of their past work and package listing all materials they would be using, they were absolutely the best. Once we had the permit they were there the next week. The construction was very detailed and all my neighbors watched and commented on the high craftsman ship. You won’t find a better contractor.

John Murphy and his crew are awesome! They gave us a quick quote with a fair price and were able to install the fence quickly and perfectly as soon as the permit was approved. They took care of all the permit paperwork and were super responsive the entire time. The fence itself looks amazing. Very detailed and careful work! Super skilled and knowledgeable crew. I would gladly recommend them to anyone needing a fence. We are very glad we chose them for our fence project.

The staff that showed up was extremely professional and took the time to repair my gate the right way. They replaced the broken hinges, rehung the door and made sure it was easy to open and close. They took the time to adjust the latch and used high quality parts, which the original fence company did not use.

A few years ago, I found this company on Angie's list and hired them to do a few minor repairs to an existing fence. They were a bit difficult to get to come out and do the job but when they came, the repairs were done just fine. So a few weeks ago, I called them again to come out and give me a quote on tearing down the old fence and put up a brand new fence. (approximately 275'). I never even received a phone call back to schedule them to look at the job. As a repeat customer, I'm disappointed that they didn't even have the courtesy to call me back.

Because of our homeowners insurance, our "baby fence" from Baby Guard was no longer acceptable, even though it met building code requirements and passed inspection when it was installed 3 years ago. We had to scramble to get proposals and schedule the installation before our insurance was cancelled. John responded right away with an emailed proposal which gave us a good ballpark estimate based on my measurements. Once we decided to hire him, he came out and took the final measurements and gave us the final price. He was also the lowest of the three estimates we received. We were held up by the permitting process, but the installation itself took only two and a half days for 250 linear feet and 4 gates. We had a bronze aluminum fence with self closing/locking gates installed to surround the pool and patio. The crew did a nice job and the fence looks great. All I'm waiting on is the final inspection. I would recommend this company.

This company is Top Notch. They did everything they said they would and for us they went above and beyond, cause we had a situation that occurred with us with another fence company a couple of weeks prior stealing our deposit and never getting a fence. This company allowed us not to pay anything until the job was completed and inspected to our satisfaction who does that??? Well they did and that meant everything in he world to us. They were done in a matter of hours from start to finish. We would recommend this company to anyone looking to have a fence installed, done right and done in a timely manner. KUDOS AND HATS OFF to this company.

The owner John came out to the house and gave me a price. He was on time He sent me the proposal by email for convenience. In a week and a half, his work crew came built the fence in one day (in 3 hours), They used 5/8 inch boards and installed a nice strong gate. They cut no corners and did a professional job. I am enthusiastic about their company and workmanship. Give them a call!

Excellent job. Murphy the owner comes out and talks to you in person. He was very flexible and came Sunday, the only day I had available. Permits were put in ASAP, schedule was confirmed, and job was completed. In the middle of the job, I wanted extra fencing done and they adjusted the job and stayed on schedule and worked around my schedule. The company also uses their own installers and you can get a hold of Murphy at any time. Great job thanks ?
