Very disappointing. New wood was split by nails when it could have been avoided by screws. Then he asked my ex-wife (we own the house jointly) for a $200 advance because of "personal problems". The hurricane tracks were replaced 2-3 inches shorter then the panels; after promising to remove debris he said he would return "when he had time". When called to repair panel tracks, he became very defensive and obnoxious. More complaints and excuses.
