JJ Quality Builders of the Palm Beaches

New flat roof installed in 2015 with deterioration within 2years. First reason they denied repairing my roof is because it had to be coated in 2017 by another company when in fact I had documentation that theyâ d done the recoating. I have pictures that Iâ ll post on Google reviews . Water sits on roof after rain resulting in deteriorating state because of no pitch. Company does not stand behind its work after being informed that I received a recommendation to REPLACE the roof. They replied out of warranty despite the fact that longevity of a flat roof is 25 years. If I could give a rating of zero I would. Whereâ s the quality? To be forewarned is to be forearmed. Hire them at your own risk! Iâ m a senior citizen living on a fixed income and deem JJQuality Builders a company lacking in skills but most of all ethics. Research what a customer should expect in measure of cluck for your buck online. This is disgraceful!

They were very, quick, efficient and very professional.

Thorough workmanship when replacing broken tiles. They obtained the original tiles, but couldn’t find the correct color so painted them to match.

Danny came to our house to estimate our repair of cracked and broken tiles and replacement of 8 ft of fascia board. He was very knowledgeable and walked me through the process and what to expect. It took about 2 weeks for their repair crew to get to me and I was away when the repair was done. It was much more involved than what I had imagined. The repair was completed in 1 day and I was provided photos of taking the roof apart, doing the repair and finishing and painting the repair. In my opinion they did an excellent job and were competitively priced. Danny came back to my house after completion to make sure I was satisfied. I recommend JJ Quality Builders.

Hired J&J to replace our roof and fix some other problems that had been vexing us over the years (leaking stucco issues, drywall repair, etc.). Quality of workmanship and professionalism of staff was beyond compare. I own another house that will need a new roof in a few years and they will be the first company we'll call...that should tell you all you need to know.

He gave me a great price on the job, he could have over charged me but he didnâ t. He worked with me. Any problem that occurred he fixed it in a timely manner. JJ Quality Builders have provided me with an outstanding, beautiful work. Demonstrating professionalism, knowledge, and punctuality. Of all the companies that I interviewed they were the ones that offered the best quality on the shingles and a very good price to re- roof. JjQB Crew arrived early to prepare for the job, once they started they were quickly and efficiently, and when they finish they make sure everything is clean up. I want to thank James Galimidi for the time he took to explain the contract and for fulfilling everything he promised , and to extend my appreciation to the wonderful team. Also to James Johnson for handed me the folder with the release of lien and guarantee. I recommend this company 100%. Truly appreciate the beautiful work!!

JJ QUALITY did a fantastic Job. I submitted my request on Home Advisor in late January and within an hour Mike Swietanski, the sales rep, called me and we set up an appointment. Mike arrived promptly and brought various samples and colors of the different type of shingles. Mike was professional, courteous and extremely knowledgeable. We scheduled the project, but unfortunately the COVID19 pandemic hit and the project was delayed. During the lockdown , the JJ office staff kept me updated on a weekly basis. we finally scheduled the project for early May. JJ QUALITY finished the job in 3 days. day 1 was the demolition and clean up of the old roof, Day 2 was the installation of the new shingle roof, and Day 3 was the installation of the gutters. The roof looks GREAT!!! JJ took care of everything. I want to especially thank Mike, Megan, Don, Tyler, Dani, and of course the owner James. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND JJ QUALITY BUILDERS!!!

He was willing to go the extra mile to accommodate me and my OCD/control-freak nature. The quality of work was on-point and I plan to use him and his company for future projects. Highly recommend!
