There was a miss-communication about the service time I thought service would be between 9-11 and they thought they would arrive between 9-11. When I called at 9:30 to ask where they were the lady was rude and not helpful. Then I called back to cancel appointment but asked for Tammy, she was very helpful and tracked down the truck's GPS and told me he was just down the block and hang tight.
The form I filled out and sent to them included the filter sizes of my units, but the technician never got that form and did not have a filter for one of my units.
The actual service was great, I had many questions and he answered them all.
I think two guys came out to do the work and they were very prompt. They completed the work in a timely manner and left the work area better than it was when they finished working. It was very nice. They tried to really be fair and save me money, which they did. They had to go up a small stairway to the roof. Usually you have to pay for a hoist which is a couple of hundred dollars, but they figured out a way to get it down the stairway so I did not have to spend a couple of hundred dollars so that impressed me.
We had a Hard start kit ( extra capacitor) installed to eliminate the false starts we get with our unit and we also signed on for an annual maintenance agreement because of Jack's professionalism.
I would highly recommend CMI and intend to use their services going forward.

CMI is always very responsive and punctual. All their service technicians and sales people have always been polite and professional. I tend to ask a lot of questions and they happily answer until I have a complete understanding of what is going on. In fact, it seems they enjoy it when I ask questions; gives them the chance to educate and inform.
Awesome. They will get the call everytime from me. I am actually going on Angies to complain about the, but the CMI team was great.
The central air/heat unit stopped blowing cool air on Friday. We called CMI on a Saturday morning and the answering service took a message. Within 30 mins. CMI called us back and arranged to come out for a service call on Saturday. Rick arrived when he said he would. He began troubleshooting to diagnose the problem with the cooling unit. He accurately identified the problem and performed the required work to get the unit running.
