I addressed this in services performed, they started out reasonably well and gradually the service became careless. Cutting off plants with weedwacker, chewed up palm fronds with mower. In general sloppy work. Two calls unanswered and one email ignored.
I called them to come back which was ignored, I also requested a return of $25.00 for services not rendered.

The tree trimming was fine and the monthly maintenance was fine at first.  After a few months, the quality of the lawn mowing deteriorated.  The lawn crew spent less than 15 minutes working on my lawn.  On a few occasions, I was home when they visited and the crew never even entered the back yard.  The backyard has accumulated excessive amounts of leaves which are choking the existing plants.

Additionally, Sergio has a problem with his billing procedures. In January, his bank tried to deposit my check two times and Sergio claimed that the check was returned.  I had Bank of America investigate and the problem was centered with Chase, Sergio's bank.  In March, Sergio claimed that I didn't pay him, but I printed a record of all of the financial transactions and he agreed that the account was current.

I could add more information about the dead lawn and weeds this report, but I have wasted enough time with Sergio's company. 

Do NOT hire this company.

They showed up and installed the new sod and helped us set up our sprinklers. He recommended we add some sprinklers and assured us he would "take care of everything, we wouldn't have to worry about a thing". Well, we had to call after 2 weeks to ask about getting the sprinklers added/set up to water yard correctly. They eventually came and installed one of the three new sprinklers they were going to add. After several more call they finally put in the other two. They wanted to charge us $100 a month to do everything, mow yard, trim bushes and trees including our palm trees. Again, he told us we wouldn't have to worry about anything, he'd take care for us. We got him down to $90 a month, compared to our last guy who did yard for $35 ( and did a great job). We also noticed bugs and ants in the new sod. We had to go buy the product and then he charged us to treat the bug-infested sod he installed! Not to mention after 2 months we had to call and ask him to fix/replace the spots that weren't taking because of the lack of water due to them not putting in sprinklers in a timely manner. I'm home during the day and realized they were spending a grand total of 15 minutes on our yard a week. We had to call and ask them to please be careful when blowing out the yard after trimming it because a large part of cut grass and dirt was winding up in our pool. Not to mention the brown spots still in the yard and our palm trees have still not been cut. When we asked about the palm trees he said he didnt have a ladder tall enough to cut the tallest tree. If he was going to take care of everything I would think a) we shouldn't have to call to get things done and b) he would have the necessary tools to do the work he promised. We terminated services with this company for not keeping their word and for not following through with promises made to get our business. We still have brown dead "new sod" all along one side of our backyard. Very disappointing.
