Did a good job, on time, and with no supervision but the price ultimately charged was considerably higher than I'd been led to believe leading up to the day of the work and higher than expected for the work done.

As of noon today, project is 75% complete, the contractor selected to do my project, George, has been very precise in his work, he has explained, given suggestions and was very willing to work around my 2 job schedule. He is quite knowledgable in the construction field and didn't speak down to me as a female. So far I'm quite satisified.

our experience was great. everything we wanted was able to get done quickly and efficiently. our worker was prompt and couteous with the knowledge to do all that was needed. we will use them again with future projects.

I was given an estimate for a job and the job ran over so they rushed through the tail end of the job leaving my wall not properly sanded - painted over the uneven walls. I had a bathroom vanity there at the start of the job that they were supposed to install - this was part of the estimate. After working the job two days, they told me that my plumbing wouldn't fit the vanity - when I asked if he would come back to complete the install after I purchased another vanity, the worker said yes. Within 15 minutes of the worker leaving, Chad Olson called and tried to tell me that they wouldn't come back - that he "bent over backwards for us" ????

I had 4 repair services done to my home in one single job/day. One year later, 2 of the repairs needed to be re-done due to poor advice from the technician and plain subpar worksmanship. Simply put, what he recommended as a repair didnt last. On top of that, his work was shoddy. Only a partial warranty was provided despite what, to me, is obviously poor work. I had to pay Chad Olsen $300+ more dollars to have the same issue fixed correctly the second time around. The other two projects I had done that day were done satisfactorily (wood repair and a door install). I experienced a 50% success rate with them, so I wouldn't recommend.

Sam, the technician was on time, explained the process and provided a sample of the necessary tool that needed to be picked up during the repair. Chad called to confirm the appointment the morning of. Chad called later that evening to make sure I was happy with the service. After the work was done, they left a checklist of services that I did not know they provided. Several days later, a 25.00 service card was sent to be applied to the next service call. Overall, the service was very professional, customer service was pleasant and all my questions were answered. We are pleased with the work that was done and we definitely use them again
