They claim to give 10% off to seniors which they never gave to me. He was lazy and did not do everything he said he had done as I watched him. I specifically asked him to scrub the walls and clean the filter and the only thing he did was pick out a few leaves from the pool. I contacted them to try and get some money back and they refused as well. I have stopped using them and would not recommend them to anyone.

Excellent - Gary goes the extra mile

It went very well. Gary was very thorough and made sure that he had the right parts for the pool. I even contacted him today to have him come by and fix the pool lights again. However, Gary sent me an email to try a fix myself and it worked! Instead of trying to make money, Gary provided a fix via email. I will definitely continue to use Gary!

They did pretty good. I would've liked them to be a little quicker but they were thorough so, I'm happy with that. I would've liked a better punctuality but they were good guys and I have no problem with that. They were very professional.

We have been using Elite Pool Service for about one year now to service our pool weekly for my wife while I was deployed to Afghanistan. The service performed was excellent, keeping the pool in great shape for my wife while I was gone. I had planned on resuming my pool cleaning duties upon my return, but now I have decided to keep the service going. They have been extremely reliable and the pool looks great. I would highly recommend them.

Elite Pool Service gets a "C" rating only because an "incomplete" grade isn't and option, and because I'll assume the gentlemen I spoke with on the phone is competent. As for the quality and cost of his work I have no idea, as no one showed up to do it. I first called on a Thursday after reading the reviews here on AL, and scheduled for work to be done the following Monday when I knew I'd be home from work. The gentleman asked me to call him on Monday to remind him (who asks clients to remind them to come to work?) and I did just that. On Monday he said he was running behind, but that he would be at the house in the early afternoon. 5 o'clock came and went with no-show and no-call. I'm not unreasonable; I understand that emergencies arise or unforeseen events present themselves. A simple phone call explaining the no-show probably would have compelled me to re-schedule. It's Saturday now, however, and still...no call. In Central Florida pool services aren't exactly a rare commodity. Customer service and professionalism, it would seem, would be one of the few areas that would separate competitors. In this instance, at least, Elite Pool Services failed those tests.

Gary and his creww at Elite Poool have always done an excellent job. My pool is always clean and sparkling. I would highly recommend Elite Pool Service to anyone as the premier pool cleaning and serving company out there. Gary does an outstanding job, plus beats the other companies on price. This is an "A+" rated company in my opinion.

Contact vendor to perform weekly pool maintenance on my pool. He arrived promptly and provide a detailed quoteof services to be provided after inspecting my pool. Very professional and services have exceeded my expectations.

He has also replaced my pool pump and I had a problem with my timer and when he couldn't fix it he had an electrician come in and fix the timer. I was satisfied in how it was handled.

Everything related to our pool has been problem free for me because I trust Elite Pool Service to do it right.
