"My state certified electrician informed me that the transformer on this pool light was bad and when we informed the customer, he said that his friend would take a look at it after we were done with the job and he would let us know. He called us over a month later and told us that it was fine and we should replace the light or refund the money we had charged him to put the light in. We refunded the money even though we knew he was pulling a fast one. We hoped he would not take out his frustration at being thwarted by writing a bad review. This is how that turned out."
"We removed the customers light as per the contract and discarded it. After we had been paid and given him a $50 discount for breaking some pathway stones that we clearly did not, he asked for the light back. He told me he had put it on Ebay and received offers on it. I told him that once removed from a pool the light is now illegal and cannot be used in a swimming pool again, and also, that the light had been discarded the day it was removed. He then wanted me to give him the $125 that he would have received from its sale. He become enraged when I refused and his contempt is clear in the use of his "personal property" statement hoping it would make us appear to be thieves. The pool is beautiful."
