Home buyers, Home sellers, real estate agents and insurance professionals all benefit from having inspections done. I believe in inspecting each property like it was my own. Every inspection is thorough and comprehensive, so any problem areas are identified before the property is bought or sold. In addition to basic home and property inspection, I also provide insurance inspection services including 4-point inspections, roof inspections and wind mitigation. These services help customers save money on homeowners insurance. Utilizing my project oversight service means I act as your representative when you have home repairs or remodeling done. First disregard the earlier review of 4 1/2 stars which was posted by me in error. Should have been a five-star rating. working on getting it removed. I give the 5-star rating due to the following. 1. Tim is very sociable and easy to talk to. 2. Fair pricing 3. Job completed as promised. 4. Detailed report including photo's 5 Answered all questions. NOTE: again, disregard the earlier review of 4 1/2-star rating. Think my keyboard had an attitude problem :)
