I highly reccomend Holly Electric. I have been using them at my business and home for over a year now. They are very professional. trustworthy and always do an excellent job.

I had spent several weeks calling electricians trying to locate one who had specific experience with installing a Nexus Smart Switch and a Generac Generator. After speaking with 4 electricians and having to explain to them what a Nexus Smart Switch was and how it was supposed to be installed I had become very frustrated. I finally looked on Angie's List and called Mr. Donald Hollingsworth of Holly Electric. When I explained to Mr. Hollingsworth what I needed he immediately informed me that he had installed numerous Nexus Smart Switches in the past few months. After asking a few questions I knew I had finally found my electrician! Mr. Hollingsworth was prompt on the day of the estimate and re-assured me that he had everything under control. I thought the price was good and we signed a contract that day. On the day of installation Mr. Hollingsworth and the crew from Holly Electric showed up on time and completed the job in a timely manner. The workers were friendly and courteous and answered all of my questions. I would without hesitation recommend Holly Electric to anyone needing an electrician and especially someone needing a whole-house Generator installation. As a footnote, two weeks after the installation one of the switching components that I had purchased online became defective. I called Mr. Hollingsworth and explained what was happening. I was surprised that he was at my home within two hours of my call and quickly replaced the defective part. While I certainly can't guarantee this is typical of their response time I was definitely impressed.

He came when he first indicated in spite of work pressure due to Tropical storm Debbie.

They were friendly and professional, arrived when they said, and completed the work quickly and completely. They did a great job with both issues, leaving the work looking professional and well-done. They cleaned up after themselves and were easy to do business with. They were easy to schedule and were very flexible with me as I tried to coordinate all of the installers needed for the cooktop into 1 day. We will definitely use them again for any electrical issues.
