I was having a bad day . He helped me with having a good day he listened to me!!

He requested a cash payment but I had to give him a check. He asked me to make it out in his personal name ( not the business name) and told me not to write any thing in the Memo space because he didn't want to have to " pay the Feds.". I found this disturbing.

Steve was very professional did what he was hired to do. He called me within probably 1 minute after i put my information online !! Said he was in Georgia at the time of his call and was at my door in central Florida by 200 same day. I was very impressed by his willingness to make it here in such a short amount of time and his professionalism and he was very very respectful and kind . Very fast to reply and come to my home. He did a very good job of inspecting my home and the price was reasonable. I would use him again if I need another inspection.

Steve was very accomodating, knowledgeable, and polite. He took detailed pictures of a roof problem & sent the report & pictures to me & the owner of house. He even spoke to owner about his findings in a very non aggressive manner. I would call him in a minute if I need any advice in this situation.
