They did some plumbing work done. I had a leaking faucet outside. I’ve been wanting to call them to get the estimate of the bathroom remodeling too. That kind of prompted me to call them. I’ve been trying to research and decide who to use. Its good, the guy was nice.

Scheduled appointment for repairs with ofice and was called the following day saying they had a opening and would I like and earlier appointment. Work went very well. All desired work was accomplished and in a reasonable time. Cost was as expected.

Pipes broke because of freezing weather. They were a big help.

Arrived promptly, completed estimate of work, received approval and completed the work in a timely manner.

We were called ahead of time to tell us if they would be here when expected. Almost every contractor I have used never calls to let you know that. Chris and Jacob were on time every morning and for 3 days worked extremely hard, taking few breaks if any except lunch. Chris and Jacob worked well together so neither was ever standing around. Re-piping our house through the attic and down our walls to faucets is a difficult job.They did it extremely well. We asked Chris about doing our outside faucets and putting in a pipe to our septic tank so we could empty our travel trailer. Chris told us it was not a problem. Every time we thought of a question and there were quite a few, Chris would always smile and politely say all taken care of. They found a leak under the garage floor where the well pipe comes in. We had not known about it. They jack hammered it up and went far enough down to repair the leak. Then they filled the hole in and it is perfect. Both Chris and Jacob were always very polite and anxious for us to find approval for the work, so we were included in any decisions several times to make sure they had it right. Chris and Jacob's work could not be more excellent, when they left here there was not a scrap of paper, piece of pipe or sawdust not picked up or swept. Chris did a last walk thru with us and all was perfect. We would definably call on Kiley and sons again an even ask for Chris and Jacob for the job.

The price was very fair. They arrived on time. These people are reliable and are not ripoffs. I would definitely hire them again.

Jacob, the technician did a terrific and professional job. He diagnosed where the leak was coming from, opened the concrete floor, found the leak, cut out the section of the copper pipe with the leak, replaced the section with new pipe, heavily soldered in place, checked and double checked that there were no other leaks, filled the hole with the correct amount of dirt after insuring that the pipe was wrapped so it would not come into contact with the concrete, mixed, poured, floated and finished the concrete used to fill the hole and made the patch blend in with the surrounding concrete. He was here half the day and when he left the area was neat and clean. Excellent work...will definitely use Jacob and Kiley & Sons, Inc in the future.

The service guy arrived promptly. He told me my garbage disposal could not be fixed and that he had a replacement in the truck. I agreed to have him replace the disposal. He also rebuilt my faucet to stop it from leaking and fixed the additional leak under the sink. He was here for maybe two hours, and everything worked fine when he left. I thought he was very professional, answered all my questions, and that my problems were fixed in a timely manner.

Professional job. Small problem arose. Returned promptly next dauy and corrected problem.

Water leak in wall behind toilet in master bath. Jr. Lawrence (Kiley plumber) was able to promptly identify and repair leak. Very pleased with service. Would definitely recommend Kiley to others.

We could not have been happier. We were so afraid this would be a monstrous job and we knew it needed to get done. We saw Kiley and Sons on Angie's List, called and Rudy, the technician came the next day. He was so very kind, courteous and worked so hard to locate the problem and fix thing. He was absolutely wonderful...not only good at his job but very polite and friendly and thorough. We were so impressed and so happy to have an honest, competent, hard working employee. He showed up, snaked down as far as he could, then cut the roots from the drain. He repaired the broken piping and cleaned the drain pipe area of roots as well. He had us run every water source in the house to make sure there was no "unkown" backup left and cleaned everything up so no one would ever know he had been there digging. We cannot say enough about how nice Rudy was and how great the company is!

The installer was on time and professional. Upon completion of the job, he explained the new water filtration system, how to change filters, etc. Also, Kiley Plumbing will followup with a call in six months and, for a fee, return and change the filters for me.

Excellent, professional and well-priced care. A young man, named Chris Bealer was on time and VERY capable. Really appreciate the great service provided for my 78 yo mother!

Everything about the experience was excellent. The "help desk" associate clearly understood our need and scheduled an appointment for the next day. The technician arrived within 5 minutes of the scheduled time. The disposal clog was corrected within minutes with recommendations made to avoid future problems. The recommendations have been followed and we have experienced no further issues, We requested that our toilets be replaced with "comfort level" models and were advised of the multiple types of toilets available. Each option was fully explained and, once our choices were made, the technician placed a call to his office and placed the order. We were told that we would be contacted within 48 hours for a scheduled delivery and install date. We were contacted less than 24 hours later and had a delivery scheduled for the following week. The schedule was met exactly on time and the installation was completed within an hour, which was half the estimated time. This saved us a full hour of labor cost. While Kiley and Sons is not the least expensive plumber that we could have used, the old saying of "you get what you pay for" was very applicable to the superior work that they did.

The plumber arrived at the exact time, diagnosed the problem which was a cracked tank (who knew a tank could crack?), and replaced the toilet on the same day. He was professional, pleasant, and clearly experienced. Considering I had not planned this expense, and was hoping for an easy and inexpensive repair, this was a relatively pleasant experience. Good contractors are hard to come by in this area, and Kiley and Sons is a bright spot among them!

Overall, the working with Kiley & Sons Plumbing was a pleasant and satisfactory experience. Their work was excellent and pricing was very reasonable. We would recommend their service to everyone.

My husband tried to release the clogged tolier but was unable to do so. I ask Angie's list for the best plumber in our area. We called them and they came the same day. He released the clog and proceeded to tell us that we should change a part in the tank that was not working well and wasting water. We asked him to please change it and to check] on the guest bath tank. He did so and replaced the part in both tanks.

We are new to the area and have been relying on AL to find our needed services. Kiley & Sons came up highly recommended. They offered an office/showroom that was nearby, a feature that we really liked. It worked out far better than trying to explain to someone on the phone what you needed or wanted. At their showroom you can actually see different working models that gives a customer the opportunity to pick what they like. Our experience at the shop was excellent from beginning to end. We made a choice of what we wanted and they scheduled the service call. Between our showroom visit and the day of service, Brittany called from the office to confirm our appointment and to ask if there was anything else we needed. The only "bobble" of the entire experience happened on the morning of service. Brittany called to say that our plumber would be arriving in approximately a half hour. Five minutes later we got another call from her saying that there had been an emergency and our plumber would not be there for at least two hours. Then, five minutes after that, we got a call from Chris, the plumber himself saying that whatever the emergency had been, was over, and he would be arriving close to the original appointment time. When Chris the plumber arrived he did an EXCELLENT job. He was friendly & did professional work. It didn't take him long, and he cleaned up everything when he was finished. Everything worked fine. The final good experience was that the price came in below the estimate, which is always a plus. If we should need a plumber again we would not hesitate to call Kiley & Sons and we would have no reservation in recommending them to others!

I returned home after a week-end away to find water seeping up through my tile floor, after turning off the water to the house and mopping up the mess I checked Angie's List for a plumber. Given it was New Years I didn't expect to get a response but they did call back quickly and told me what to do until they could arrive on Wednesday. Fearing the worst (pipe broken under the slab) I slept very little that night. When they arrived and heard my explaination they quickly determined the issue and fixed the problem without breaking up the tile !!

The entire procedure took about two hours and went very well. The plumber was respectful and polite. I would definitely call Kiley & Sons again for any plumbing issues.
