Anderson's Mobile Mower

Shawn was earlier than appointed time and ready to start working on my mowers upon arrival. Shawn took the time to explain what needed to be done and had a charming and pleasant demeanor. It was refreshing to have a knowledgeable and service mind professional working on my mowers. I would highly recommend Anderson's Mobile Mower Service and not hesitate to call them again.

All went well. Two men worked hard for 3 hours. Replaced several parts, filters, oil, etc. Checked out second Sears Craftsman mower and determined it would not be worth it to repair. Needed carburetor. Recommended I purchase new rather than repair, but they did all the work to examine the mower and clean the carburetor before making that recommendation.

Buddy and his son arrived right on time and were able to sort through the problem with my zero-turn mower (mower deck belt off spindles) and sharpened the blades for a very reasonable price for the service. Buddy also was helpful in explianing the wear on the blades and how to prevent it in the future.

I have used Buddy Anderson many times and he is the greatest thing out there.  I hope he does not retire soon, because there is no one else

My ride-on mower (John Deere) was not starting. We had tried new fuel, changing the spark plugs, changing the air filter, but we still could not get it to roll over. I called a number of companies to come out and fix it. Anderson's could do the fix at our home and soon, so he got my business.
He arrived in a timely manner when he said he would. He had a mobile shop set up in his truck. He looked at the mower and quickly diagnosed the problem -- squirrels had eaten through the fuel line. No gas was getting to the engine so it couldn't turn over. Then, he did a very clever thing. Instead of replacing the fuel line, which would have cost a lot of time and money, he just put another fuel filter in the line. I love it when repair professionals save me money!
I plan to use Anderson's again for all my mower repair needs.

Both working great. Was very prompt, showed up exactly when he said.

My power washer was not running. Carburetor was leaking gas. He had it taken apart and rebuilt with make-shift parts from the back of his truck and running in less than an hour.
In any home service fix he does I imagine it will come down to whether or not he has the parts (or parts close enough to work) in his truck.
If he doesn't have what he needs he will order it for you and come out again.
He showed up earlier than originally scheduled, but he called first to let me know he had an opening in his schedule before showing up on my front door step.
He is also very friendly and was not uncomfortable with me pulling up a stool next to him and getting and education as to what he was doing.
Only minor negative is he does not take credit cards.

He arrived when he said he would. Performed the service and made a recommendation that will keep our mower working longer. The price paid was great too.

The only negative is that I had to find the Honda parts on line and order them in as the provider will not do so.

spent several $$$ with another repair service and the mower still would not
start. Within a few minutes, he said it
was the battery. Very pleasant and we
will call him again.

Took about 5 days to get appointment. Called before he came and said he'd actually be early. Husband met him at shed and he got the job done. Cost less than I would have expected - I don't know if I should mention that -- he might raise his prices ;-)
Rather than set himself up for another visit for the small mower, he said if it breaks again don't bother trying to fix it - it's on its last legs. He was right -- something else on it broke down 2 weeks later.

GREAT! Will finally mow the lawn tonight!

Buddy, the serviceman, showed up when he was scheduled to arrive, fixed the mower for about what I expected to pay, and left it running as if new. Moreover, he correctly diagnosed the problem over the phone before ever seeing the mower. You can't ask for more.
