My carpet looks like new. We had some heavily soiled stains on the carpet and they were able to get them out. They were very professional and I spoke with the owner, who thanked me for the appointment. You rarely get that. They were reasonably priced.

The company workman turned up on time, introduced himself, and proceeded immediately with accomplishing the job of cleaning our carpet.  He was fast , pleasant and finished sooner than we expected. We are happy with the service except for one thing:  We had, as much as possible, emptied the rooms prior to the workman's arrival.  There was, however, a large heavy recliner chair remaining in it's normal location.  We do move this chair a couple of feet occasionally when we add chairs to accommodate a meeting or large gathering in our home.  The job looked fine when the workman initially finished.  But about four days later we needed to move the recliner about 15 inches in one direction...only to discover that the carpet under the chair had not been cleaned...the contrast was very noticeable.  The workman had obviously not moved this chair but had cleaned around it (one person can easily shift the chair). We phoned the owner of Logan Carpet Cleaners and reported the problem. He said he was on his way out  of his shopat that moment  to make an estimate and would contact me later.  That contact has not come.  We are disappointed that he is willing to sacrifice an otherwise excellent job (and top recommendation) for lack of what would probably a 20 minute service call to correct the oversight.

We have used Logan Carpet Cleaning for a number of houses and their service is amazing. The carpets look better than brand new when they are done and Bob is a pleasure to work with.

I was able to get an appointment the next day. They called when they were on the way (same time as promised). They cleaned the carpets nicely and for a fair price. Their technician (Adam?) was extremely courteous and accommodating.

The cleaning was performed within 3 days of initial contact. Adam was prompt and courteous and phoned ahead before he arrived. He inspected the carpet and informed me that although numerous, the pet stains (of the vomit variety) were easily cleaned because they were not from blue or red food dyes. My carpet looks great! It had not been cleaned in some time and was horribly stained. I will be using Logan's again for carpet cleaning and I will consider them for other services.

Very well. Cleaned four large areas thoroughly. Neat and professional job.

Called and spoke with Bob Logan about cleaning the carpet at my rental property, gave me the quote over the phone, said he was available to come the next day!! He called the next day said he would be available at an earlier time, came and did a great job at a reasonable price!! Very pleased, will definitely use them again!!!

I was given an appointment within 3 days of my call for service. Overall, both service and service person were great. Only minor problem was that he was about 30 minutes late so I had to call to make sure he was coming.

The technician, Dave McNabb, was prompt, explained everything he was doing and why, and acted in a very professional manner.

THE PEOPLE WERE NICE. THE CARPET WAS CLEAN. THEY CAME OUT TO THE HOUSE WHEN I CALLED THEM. THEY DIDN'T WAIT WEEKS TO RESPOND. THE PRICE WAS FAIR. IT'S A SMALL LOCAL COMPANY AND I LIKE THAT. THEY DO A GREAT JOB.

THEY WERE VERY GOOD. I HAVE KNOWN THEM FOR TWENTY YEARS, AND THEY ARE VERY GOOD. THEY GIVE ME A LOWER PRICE BECAUSE MY HUSBANDS DOES PAINTING FOR THEM. I WOULDN'T USE ANYONE ELSE.
