Eclair Duct Cleaning

My brand new dryer wasn't drying. Very frustrating! I had hired another vent company and a dryer tech, but the problem continued. Eclair's tech persisted and found a small piece of sheet metal inside the roof vent that was blocking off the flow and triggering the flow sensor. Problem solved! I have dry clothes again! Thank you for being so thorough and making sure that all was in working order. I truly appreciate it.

Left a message through Angies list link. He responded within an hour and we arranged for next day service. He arrived on time and got right to work. He took the time to explain what he was doing as well as the dangers of a blocked dryer vent. He cleaned the vent and replaced the dryer hose. Very professional and too the time to clean the whole work area. Excellent service.

Outstanding job, great communication and top notch service!!

Went perfectly. Received a phone response from our Angie’s list request within an hour and the tech was at our home within about 45 minutes. On a Sunday, no less. Although the home is only 5 years old, the vent was very clogged. The tech did a great job, cleaning first from the inside and then got on the roof to make sure it was clean there too. The tech was very pleasant and professional throughout the process.

Absolutely outstanding work done by Fenold and his wife. Gave me an up front price went way above and beyond in cleaning everything restoring some parts to brand new and returning to do the 2nd unit as promised. Our ducts are so clean the house smells great and feels cooler. So impressed with this individual business owner and will use him and refer him to anyone for the quality of his work. They even took the extra time to help me find an unusual smell in our laundry room :) This team is now 100% my team for all AC/Duct work.

Very professional and courteous service! The technician explained the importance of the service (we had a fire hazard) and he had plenty of photos and videos of his work. We needed a new connector hose because ours was ripped and he had one readily available. We will use this company for a full hvac cleaning soon.

Great job. EDC arrived early, explained the process & showed me progress thru every step. They stayed on task the entire time while on the job. After seeing all the debris cleaned out of the ducts & off the vents, I would recommend to anyone looking to improve their air quality. I would definitely hire again.

I purchased a brand new dryer and it was taking multiple cycles to dry my clothes (wasting time and electricity). I called for an appointment and Fenold made it to the house in less than two hours. Excellent! My dryer duct is about 30 feet long and has many twists and turns. They did an excellent job! They were efficient, thorough, and very, very nice. They cleaned out from the bottom in the laundry room, from the roof and from the attic. THANK YOU! I was able to do load after load without any error codes on the dryer. And the dryer is drying clothes faster than ever! Thank you, thank you, thank you! I'm sure I'll be calling them again in about two years!

The entire cleaning was well executed and completed in approximately 4 hours.

Did a great job...quick but thorough and cleaned up well. Could have come same day if I had been available. $125 reasonably priced. Checked on roof as well since my dryer vents through roof. Have referred to friends who have been pleased with service as well. I will use service again.
